Kajiken Reviews
This has to be one of, if not, thee best ramen spot on the peninsula. Honestly, probably one of the best in CA. The food is always delicious and very fresh. The service is snappy and on point. There can be a descent wait time(30-50min) on certain days but I really believe it’s worth the wait. My favorite is the most popular ramen dish they serve: Homura Aburasoba. It never seems to disappoint.
San Mateo’s famous oil noodles?Personally, I'm fine with mixed noodles and ramen, and I prefer dipping noodles~HOMURA ABURASOBA $17spicy minced pork, tokyo onions, bamboo shoots, seaweed, fish powder, chives, raw egg yolk (can sub poached egg or half ajitama)ROAST BEEF ABURASOBA $18roast beef, crispy onions, green onions, chaliapin sauce, yogurt sauce, and raw egg yolk (can sub poached egg or half ajitama)
