“Loooove Golden Boy pizza! This is my first time at the San Mateo location, my go to is the SF location. My favorite pizza here is the clam and garlic pizza Disclaimer: you can only order small or large pizza pans here, they do not sell individual slices like SF. Tip: call ahead to order as it takes 30-40min to bake and can get quite busy with lots of orders. There are no tables or chairs to eat on, so it's literally to go only. The restaurant is on the outer park of the block so be prepared to park on the street/sidewalk.“

You WILL return for more! I met Phillip yesterday and when he learned that I am a musician, songwriter/performer with a current release, he immediately expressed genuine interest in my music. In fact, I believe that he downloaded and Play-listed my song “St Francis” right on the spot, and then he shared his delight in hearing my music with the lady who was also working with him behind the counter. “Im Vegan and this is the second time im ordering Bizza. First time was delivery and I could not believe how delicious Vegan Calzone was… so I tried a second time at store. OMG even more delicious than the first time. Planet Earth Vegan Pizza, Vegan Garlic Cheese Bread and Vegan chocolate Cake… speechless quality for vegan food!! They also sells one of best lemonades iv ever tried in my life. So affordable price and the staffs are really friendly ! “We had an absolutely lovely experience here! Came for my boyfriend’s birthday, everyone was friendly and attentive. Fantastic high end ambience. The food was almost too beautiful to eat and every one of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. One of our guests said it was the best spaghetti he had ever had! The mushroom risotto was perfection. I had the Chilean sea bass and WOW! The salmon was also amazing. The other two guests had roasted chicken and hangar steak… I didn’t get to try them but they looked amazing and everyone cleaned their plate even though we were full lol! We will absolutely be back. “Mr.pizza Man is by far one of the best pizza places on the peninsula. There are so many different pizzas places on the peninsula. I sometimes try other pizza places but always come back to Mr.pizza man! They always use quality ingredients their customer service is great and their pizza just is delicious. The Mozzarella cheese they use is top notch plus I love their crust. Not to thick bit not to thin..perfection!!“

“We got a large specialty with half Sizzlin Bacon Classic and half The Everest. The pizza was delicious and ingredients was fresh and plentiful. My preference would be the bacon. We also got a medium Italian sausage. It was okay, we added onions, spinach and mushrooms when we brought the pizzas home. Would definitely come back even without a coupon“

“I ordered a large pizza tonight for my family. First time trying Seniores Pizza downtown San Mateo. Pizza was very tasty and a very fluffy crust. I love a good crust and wasn’t floppy or loaded with grease, which is a plus. I will order from them again.“

“I love Indian food and I wish I had tried this place sooner! It's a small restaurant right off El Camino and the 92 West entrance. There is street parking and Yelp claims there is a private lot but I'm not sure where it is. I was in the area and decided to get two curries to go. I ordered the chicken korma and the mattar paneer. It took about 20 minutes for the food. Both curries came with a nice container of rice which was great. I really liked both dishes. The dishes were oily but I like my curries oily since you know there's a lot of fat and flavor. I asked for mild spice for both and I felt like both were a bit on the spicier side (but yummy), so I'm curious how medium+ will taste! Both dishes were creamy and had the right flavors I was looking for. They were also perfectly salted as well. My spouse also thought the food was delicious as well and he's usually pretty neutral towards food. I would love to come back and try some of the other curries too!“

“Service was fantastic as we were constantly being checked on. Our group was made up of exhausted exchange students from 5 countries coming out of the mountains from a failed and wet camping trip. Staff was extremely patient and caring, even though we did not make mention of what we were going through. This great service was on top of a very good pizza that hit the spot with everyone as there were no leftovers. We also enjoyed the environment with plenty of room for these crusty teenagers to stretch out.“
