Went last weekend for ice cream, I ordered and they had very little of the flavor that I wanted because we didn't check before paying. Stephanie the employee who was there, refunded me but she had a terrible attitude, and a week later I still don't have my refund and when I went back today to ask ,they just told me to check with my bank. Never going back,terrible service and they took my money
Very very rude staff. As soon as we walked in we were bombarded to order by one of the workers there. We had not even been in there for less than a minute when the staff was forcing us to order. I politely told her that we didn't know what we wanted to order and she said " I don't need to know the flavors I will just charge you, do you want one scoop, two scoops....". SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
