“This place is a hidden gem. Reasonably priced ($7 per sopes) for the amount of food, and still good quality. The sopes itself has an amazing texture and taste. After eating two, I was about to burst. I got the beef loin, and the chicken sopes. To be honest the chicken was mediocre for taste, and I liked the beef loin. Next time I will order the carne asada. The service is standard, but you can see the staff grinding in the food truck. Overall if I want a good cheap bite I will definitely come back here, but I would personally avoid the chicken. Update: I got the carne asada sopes, much better meat choice updating to 5 stars go get it!!“

“The best food from El Salvador are the pupusas. There are very few places where you can find delicious pupusas and this is one of them. The cabbage salsa was not perfect but acceptable. The papas con chicharrón was well prepared and had a very good flavor but very little chicharrón and the tamales had a pleasant flavor but not to my taste“

“I have been looking for good Mexican Restaurant since moving to California 3 years ago. We happen to be in San Bruno and found Taqueria Mi Durango. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Jose he was friendly and smiled and when I asked what his favorite was he said fish and shrimp taco so I got one each they were awesome. My boyfriend got the Birria Tacos and he said they were the best he has ever had ( and thats what he normally gets) Everything was fresh and amazing. I highly recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. Or if you are looking for an event to be catered.“

“This is one of my go-to spots. I could literally eat anything on their menu and I would be satisfied. The fact that they have the traditional Mexican desserts I like... wooo! Sets them apart from the rest of the Mexican places around the area. The staff is always sweet! Also FREE soda or agua Fresca on their website with purchase!“

“Aesthetically pleasing! We had to return this second time - the service and food was constant with the first visit. For starters we had the tator tots w/elote - such a great combo!! We enjoyed the salbutes with the perfectly seasoned carne asada as well as the tacos. They're drinks can't miss!!“
