“Soo Raa Thai is a nice spot. The Kao Soi w/ chicken is very tasty, as is the Green Curry w/Chicken. The Fresh Roll with Chicken and Shrimp was mostly Lettuce so it wasn't my favorite, but the overall meal was good. I must give an extra star for the great spice tray (every Thai restaurant should have their sauces and spices displayed like this). The service is friendly and helpful and the dinning room is nicely laid out and clean. I will definitely be going back to Soo Raa Thai.“

“One of the best Omakase experiences I've had. The seasonal menu was perfectly selected and prepared: mouthwatering, mellow, strong, buttery, delectable, comforting. We enjoyed every bite, it was a crescendo of flavors. Thank you to Joshua for the polite service. We'll be back.“

“We've been here for dinner and brunch. One word: Exceptional in every way: Fantastic setting. Great service. Incredible menu and delicious food. Lovely Hwood views. Perfect ambiance, design and decor. Gorgeous decks, landscaping and rooftop lounge areas, restaurant and bar. Lemon Grove is one of my favorite places in all of LA. Just go. Grab a weekend brunch, go for dinner or just for a rooftop bar lounge and and drink. (Unlike some other roof top bars/restaurants in LA, this one has zero attitude - from either the staff and crowd. Just friendly, chill and pleasant. A+“

“For context, my family went here for a Sunday lunch. Menu can be scanned via QR code which is handy. Parking can be tough, that is a big issue we faced when we arrived. We had to park in the side street of LA. About 12-15 tables inside, and more seating outside. Definitely can be packed on some days.Food is 3/5 stars, I highly recommend the coconut adobo, it’s a perfect mixture of adobo and ginataan, never really thought of that combo. Rice comes in 3 scoops. We didn’t like that the ribs and the tri-tip were not warm enough, it felt like they microwaved it and was not fresh from the grill? The sauces they have carried the flavor. Felt scammed out of the cornbread bibingka, try it out, but we won’t be buying it again too overpriced, nothing too special.Service is 5/5, the servers were friendly and gave us options, the owners were present acting as the servers and explained to us about the history of Park’s Finest and context about the food. It was our first time there.Atmosphere 4/5, it is too moody and dark, can use a bit more lighting. Maybe a light bulb on top of the table? ? cool modern design however, maybe its darker during the daytime. The wash room is clean and has all amenities.Overall 4/5, would come again but not cravings. They have Wednesday, Thursday-Friday deals, definitely check those out.Bill came out to $80+“

“Amazing superb customer service! I would actually hope so for this space having limited seating.Note: if you feel like trying more than one main dish split it (ex:pho) and you’ll have a solid amount of food, they are not stingy about their splitsBanh mi was delish and packed high! They get their bun from a bakery in Los Angeles.Spicy garlic tofu bites were good. Their homemade chili oil was good too!Pho was solid just wish they had a different type of noodle and didn’t cut it up so much when splitting. The noodles were so short and they were hard to grab with the chopstickMetered parking on Montana and it’s right next to the dry cleaners near the cornerVegetarian options: They have options that’s just veggies onlyParking: Paid Street meter parking“

“We really liked the food! Both got noodles, one street noodle with chicken and one pad see ew with chicken. Prices are super reasonable and the food tastes good, especially compared to some of the other options in the area. Excited to try more of their food. Chill music and good service. Nice casual option.“

“The restaurant is located on the second floor of Nerano in Beverly Hills (you have to take an elevator up to the second floor through Nerano). This gives the spot kind of a fun speakeasy feel to it. When you get out of the elevator, you walk into a beautifully designed / decorated, cozy, albeit slightly quirky space. It's not large (I think the capacity is 34). Came here for a food event, which I did a review for separately, but this experience in particular was grabbing a drink at the bar. (I did think the food was delicious though and urge folks to come here and give this place a try. I know I want to come back and try more menu items.) The bar is beautifully designed and organized. I found myself perusing and mentally cataloguing the whiskeys as I always do when I go to new restaurants. But this place looked like a place that has fun cocktails. So I ordered The George Michael. The drinks here are really interactive, and the bartenders are super enthusiastic to the point that it's infectious. My drink in particular had some bowls that floated up and you had to catch it with a paddle. Flavor wise it was like espresso martini with a peanut butter twist to it. All in all this place is a great place to grab drinks and/or food. Lots of fun. There's a lot of street parking nearby, but it could get challenging especially during the weekends. I came in the middle of the week and was able to find parking about a block away.“

“I recently took my lunch break at Guzzu Bento-ya, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. I opted for their Hayashi Rice, a flavorful twist on Japanese beef stew, and it instantly became my new favorite comfort food, especially in the chilly weather. The braised tender beef, onions, and mushrooms melded together perfectly, creating a hearty and satisfying meal. The space was cozy and perfect to do some work. I love how they have anime playing on the projector.Beyond their renowned bento boxes, Guzzu Bento-ya impressed me with their new salads and stews, each bursting with flavor. The staff was incredibly accommodating, offering spot-on recommendations that enhanced my dining experience. Whether you're craving a classic bento box or eager to explore their latest offerings, Guzzu Bento-ya is sure to exceed your expectations. Highly recommended!5/5“

“First off the portions are hefty and the presentation makes the entrees really appealing. Then comes the best part, you actually get to eat it. We've had Laotian food before as there are excellent ones in the SFV, but hands down this has to be the best by far. So far we've tried grilled beef plate w/ a side of papaya salad paired w/ chicken and sausage ala carte (instead of the plate) and they were all in scrumptious. The saucesParking: It is located in a multi use apartment above/commercial businesses below. So the parking is actually where the tenants also park which leaves plenty of spaces for the restaurant and it's free. No ticket and validation required.“

“As I was driving around, I was looking for something to eat. I came upon this place and wanted to try it out. Since I was craving a poke bowl, I saw that they had a Chirashi Bowl. So, I ordered the bowl with regular white rice. For $27-, the Chirashi Bowl filled me up. Also, it came with miso soup and a free soda with a Yelp Check-in. Plus, I got a tip on how to eat the fish which I appreciated.“

“PokeTomik is genuinely the best poke restaurant I’ve ever been too. With each visit, I’m always greeted kindly and treated like family by the staff, and they show a lot of patience with my annoying requests. They serve the freshest fish, and they offer something I’ve never seen at other poke locations, which is the sweet salmon. That has easily become a go-to protein selection for me. And Andre is the greatest guy ever! If you’re looking for the best poke and people, look no further than Poketomik!“

“This restaurant is affiliated with several sushi restaurants in Los Angeles and Westwood. It is located on the 2F of the H Mart Madong Plaza, and they validate parking. It has only been open for a month, and it appears to be building up a following. Madong Plaza is also the home to several restaurants, Daiso Japan, Cosmetic World, Paris Baguette. It would be worth your while to enjoy a meal at California Rock N Sushi and do you shopping. The pictures don't do justice to the presentation and quality of the seafood they serve here. I have eaten sushi in Japan, Seattle, and Hawaii. The freshness of their seafood and presentation are unique and unmatched. The sushi chefs are artists, who are clearly experienced and can create works of art. They carry an extensive menu of hand rolls, cut rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and specialties. We had the Red Dragon and Lemon Rolls cut style, chirashi bowl, teppanyaki, and ama ebi. (If they have ama ebi on the menu, do not hesitate to order it.) From seating to the end of our meal, service was top notch. Although this restaurant is located in Koreatown, sushi is universal. I highly recommend that you take the time to visit this restaurant and enjoy your meal here. I would rate this 6 stars if Yelp allowed me to.“

“This Bibimbap is SO good. I ordered on DoorDash so I didn't go to the location but I googled it & it looks cute! I would definitely go in person. And the WAY they flavored this jackfruit?! I can't even think straight . I'm hungry, BUT that doesn't matter because this is the best jackfruit I've ever had. I've only tried it once, wasn't a fan I'm glad I took a chance & tried it again, but with Seoulmates. Deefinitely ordering from here again .“

“Came here with girlfriends - the food was good (I’m not vegan) but I’m not the best judge of vegan cuisine. My vegan friend loves it! The interior is chic and clean, the seating is a bit cramped and the staff tries to stay in the background which can come off a bit rude when you thank them and they don’t acknowledge you. They had a private party scheduled for the back where we were sitting so they rushed us out of our table but were very nice and offered complementary drinks at the bar. Would recommend!“

“April 2024: Yes!Regular = 3 scoops of protein, 5 toppings, 3 sauces for $17. That's value.I came in here and was blown away by how fresh and clean everything is. Great staff! Two young kids work in the counter in tandem with each other. My whole experience here was great. I have to say that for $17 getting somewhere in the vicinity of like a pound to 2 lb of rice and protein and poke and all the toppings, and the sauces, the flavor combination is just incredible. I cannot stress how fresh the albacore, tuna, and salmon are. I mean you can literally see, taste, and experience the Great quality. For the local tourist, day trip person, someone who wants to experience downtown Burbank, anyone passing through, this is definitely a place where you get your money's worth.Very casual atmosphere, shorts and t-shirt type vibe.Parking: street only. San Fernando has a 90-minute limit per space. Be careful, some spots or 10 minute only. There are two free structures closer to Orange Grove that are Unlimited for about 22 hours. No parking 3am-5am. So if you have to leave your car there overnight, fair warning that you might get ticketed and towed.“

“We decided to give this location another try and we were blown away by all of the delicious meals they prepared. The shrimp pad see ew was flavored to perfection. The crab fried right was just right and the spicey fried rice was balanced with the right amount of heat. You can always request the kitchen to turn up or turn down the spice level according to your taste buds. Try the lychee martini, you will thank me later. The service was five-star from the moment we walked in. We were greeted with a warm welcome and our waitress made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dining experience. The restaurant is small and intimate, perfect for a local date night. We had a great time guys, thank you and we will see you guys again soon.“

“I recently discovered this Korean restaurant, and it has quickly become my go-to spot for authentic and delicious Korean fare. After missing out on their catering for a company event (60 sandwiches that disappeared before I could try one!), I made sure to visit their Koreatown location and savor their specialties. Let me rave about the must-try dishes that blew me away: Soy Garlic Fried Chicken: I'm obsessed! I couldn't resist devouring an entire box while driving. The sweet, slightly spicy, and garlicky flavors coating the boneless, crispy chicken are simply addictive. The owner proudly shared that their chickens are delivered fresh daily and fried in-house, putting American fast-food chains to shame. Tofu Japchae: Imagine a Korean stir-fry like no other! The sweet potato noodles are incredibly flavorful, and the fried tofu is an absolute delight. It's like a traditional Korean veggie dish, but elevated to new heights of deliciousness. Beef Bulgogi Sandwich: This signature item is the very sandwich that left my colleagues raving after our company event. One bite, and you'll understand why it's their bestseller - packed with mouthwatering Korean-marinated beef. Pork Belly Platter: A new seasonal addition that deserves a spotlight! Caramelized pork belly, paired with a sunny-side up egg, spicy cabbage, and rice - each forkful is a flavor bomb. I couldn't help but shovel it into my mouth, savoring every morsel of this heavenly combination. In short, this restaurant is a true gem, Whether you're a seasoned Korean food lover or a curious newcomer, this place is an absolute must-visit.“
