Forced into tipping by the counter credit card machine and employee saying it. This guilty tipping has gotten out of hand. Please just pay your employees higher and if we want to tip, we have the jar.
Your ice cream is really good. However, your employees are not very friendly. And they do not follow the protocol during this pandemic...at least that one girl who was there today, saturday Feb 20, before noon. She had the longest nails...she did not wear a mask and did not wear gloves. Coming from the backroom, I don't think she washed her hands. Ice cream was delicious I had the brownie batter, cake batter, and the cookie dough flavors with brownies mixed in for only just under $7. Customer service was nice, they answered the questions we were asking and were helpful. I've had cakes from here before as well and they're also top notch.
