“If you want a large variety of beef, chicken, lamb and shrimp this is the place to go. I tried just about everything and all had great flavors. The beef rib was my favorite. The salad bar had all fresh veggies, fruits deli meats, salmon lox. Too much to list. At 75.00 per person its not a place i would visit frequently, but well worth the price.“

“We found this place on Yelp, and the photos looked interesting. We eagerly walked in without reservations and were greeted by a lovely gentleman who directed us to the check-in station. We were seated by a lovely woman who asked if we had been there before, and we said no. She proceeded to personally walk us through the menu and guide us based on our taste. We chose the cucumber salad. It was a hot day, and the minute we took a bite, we cooled off. It was delicious. The next item was the spicy pork wontons. Fire...they came out piping hot, so be careful, but they were delicious. The pork and shrimp soup dumplings were next. Top-notch and fun to eat. Also piping hot, we love it when our food is hot. We then had the pork pan-fried potstickers. This keeps getting better with every dish. For dessert, we had Banana Naan, white peach ice cream, or banana chocolate chip ice cream--all to die for.“

They offer 50% bottles of wine on Tuesdays but the wine selection is limited. I ordered a sablefish plate with two veggies - it was delicious and a good amount of food - which I thought was good given the prices. Why don't they source their salmon from closer waters than around Norway? All in all I would return.“

“My husband and I love Limon! We've been a few times and the food is always good. The chicken and empanadas are my fave and my go to. The chicken is juicy and flavorful!! Get the empanada sampler...trust me! The atmosphere is lively and can be pretty loud on the weekends. It can be hard to hear if you are trying to have an intimate conversation. Their drinks are pretty good as well! I love their sours! We haven't been to the Oakland location yet but we hope it's as good as the Walnut Creek one.“

“The restaurant is tucked just off the main downtown area. Relaxed open dining environment. Service was quick and attentive. I had the burger with side salad and crème brûlée for desert. Burger was cooked to order and the salad was a nice spring salad with candied pecans, feta cheese, and a simple vinaigrette. The crème brûlée was tasty but a little less crisp on top than would have been ideal. Overall a good place to grab a bite of comfort food.“

“Went there to try out their burritos and ordered them to go. When we got home and ate them, they were delicious! The gentleman at the register was so busy w/customers and he was so attentive. We will definitely make this one of our favorite Mexican Taco shops. Take it from a Mexican who knows good Mexican food and this is one of those places. The salsa is also very good!“

They do also have a nice bar by the front that is kind of separated from the rest of the dining area. The drinks are a little hit or miss here, though. They do skimp on thr alcohol a little bit here, so make sure you order a more liquor-heavy drink or stick with their selection of wines. The food is great and really delicious. If you have the Hess glass, beer is $6...used to be $5. Good selection of beers. Indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is always a challenge though because it's in a busy shopping center.“

Personally I had the cheesy katsu on a sizzling hot plate which was quite a sight and tastes pretty good. My party had sushi and ramen which are ok but the broth is not complex flavor-wise. The draft beer in frosted mugs is refreshing and goes very well with the katsu. Service is friendly and lots of drink options from sake to soju to ramunes. It was our Anniversary and we had an Anniversary card on our table, and at the end of our dinner we were given a box of truffles. We got 3 different types of empanadas and they were all super yummy, don't sleep on the mushroom one it was AMAZING! We ordered a seafood stew, the pork adobo, fries, and 2 cocktails and everything was very good! We don't usually have Peruvian food though so I can't speak to its authenticity but it sure was delicious! My favorite had to be the seafood stew, there was an abundance of seafood and the sauce is just to die for! Definitely a great date night spot! The only reason this is getting a 4 is because our seat was pretty cramped and we there were ppls chair backs pressed right into our table.“

“I've been coming here for at least 25 years. The staff knows me and my family. The sushi is always fresh and not too much rice, which fills you up, so you can order more rolls! They have all the standard rolls and will customize them if you don't like certain fish. I like the sashimi combination, rose roll, black and white roll, and rainbow roll. They give you some cucumber and crab salad at the beginning of your meal for free. They have a few flavors of Mochi for dessert. They serve very quickly. It may take an hour or less most times we go.“

Instead of bringing plates to whomever ordered what, she would stand at the end of the table, and hand the plate to the person close to her and had each person pass the plate down to the end person. Absolutely not! I saw her do it the table next to us as well. There should probably be some staff training for all. It was not good etiquette. I don't want to accidentally drop someone else's plate while passing it down the line, nor do I want several people breathing over my plate while it's getting passed down. I could consume a big bowl of that soup and more. It's that good. The big plate came with salad, fried rice, and two choices from the lunch menu. I got the red chicken curry paired with fried prawns. The red curry was creamy, the thick broth was bursting in flavors of curry and coconut milk, the chicken was tender and flavorful, while the 3 pieces of fried coated prawns came with some vegetable tempura. They were oh so good and crunchy. Best dipped in the sauce provided. There was also a small round plate of pickled cucumber that was mildly sweet, a tad spicy and sour! Yum! My friend had the pork bbq and egg rolls. She said they were delicious! We had enough leftovers for dinner. We shall be back! .“
