We stopped by Cake Me Away while visiting Gunnison and Crested Butte recently. The pastries were amazing! Just the right amount of sweetness. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great little spot in the heart of Gunnison.

Alyssa Is likely the best baker on the West Slope of Colorado. Her croissants and neapolitan pastries are phenomenal. As I'm writing this review, I'm eating her chili and cornbread and it is awesome!

This was a birthday cake and was very delicious! She made it sugar-free for my family by replacing the sugar with Splenda! The frosting was a little on the sweet side, taste wise, but was really good otherwise! We came into town and picked up two pies for thanksgiving. We got the Dutch Apple and Pumpkin. They were to die for! Alyssa (the owner) built the cutest spot on Main Street. She is so friendly and smiley. While picking up pies we got pumpkin cannolis, sugar cookies and a pumpkin Nutella muffin. All we're out of this world amazing. Highly recommend supporting this local bakery!

Everything was so good! We had the swan cream puff, pumpkin pie cannoli, peanut butter cup cannoli, and regular cannoli. Highly recommend
Such a good thing we live 3 hours away. Otherwise I’d be in there daily and my scale would be talking serious trash! Best place ever!
