Fantastic food! Excellent, high-end menu with basic options too. Our sandwiches were hearty, homemade style bread and fresh toppings. The chips are kettle crunchy yumminess.Unique gourmet items for sale too.I had the vegan soup — it’s scrumptious!The restaurant and bathrooms are painted with fun designs and colors. We love this new breakfast and lunch spot in Gunnison. Locally, sourced, food, delicious, baked goods, grabbing go sandwiches, as well as hot soup, breakfast and sandwiches made to order. Everything came fast, hot, and delicious.

We just had a second great meal at The Dilly. The breakfast potatoes are delicious as were the sandwiches last week. Fresh baked goods, excellent coffee and tea, and friendly service!

We stopped in on our way to the airport, looking for sandwiches for our flight. The young man that helped us was patient and kind as we asked a bunch of questions and changed our minds about our order a few times. After hopping on separate flights, we texted each other...checking if everyone's sandwiches were as delicious as our own. Great find, will make this a go-to spot for sandwiches when we're in Gunnison again. We particularly enjoyed the turkey sandwiches (the Plymouth Fury and the Surefire). Delicious food and kind service.

Being from out of state, we walked in expecting a good deli sandwich. The phone rang with a to go order and the lady taking orders mentioned to them that it would be a 35 minute wait. That caught our attention so we politely asked if there was a wait for in store orders. The lady very rudely said "Hang on" and then finished with "yes, there is a wait." We asked how long and she proceeded to get hateful and snappy finishing with, "If you would wait, I'm trying to do what I just took a call for." If you want to get snapped at, this is the place to go. So we proudly left without ordering and took our business elsewhere.
