I ordered happy hour poutine and a diet coke. It came out to $16? ($6 half poutine+fountain drink) I also ordered happy hour sliders that were never delivered. No refill on the drink..

Food was good...when we finally received it. Problem was the service. It was just...SO BAD (non-existent). We ordered 2 of the exact same order, as simple as it gets really. We thought as someone else brought one plate to the table, the other plate would be along shortly, but sadly never came. Apparently, our server failed to tell the kitchen, 2 of this order. By the time our server finally checked in with us, 10-15 minutes later, plate one was already cold. Another 15 minutes after that until we got the second plate. Of course by that point, the first plate delivered was ruined. Nobody checked. Nobody cared. There were even staff members just hanging around the dining room drinking with their friends, but not off the clock evidently as they would do a little work here and there OTHER than helping us out. Check comes, full price of course. No apology, no nothing. Where was management? Where was anybody overseeing what was happening?? Who knows? I'm not typically one to complain but the employees here need tuned up, DESPERATELY. Their level of apathy was off the charts honestly
