“Most incredible cinnamon roll I have ever tasted. Much better than anything in Fort Collins.“
“Bill, the owner and winemaker, was delightful and helped us feel confident we were getting the best wine in town! We had wine flights and chips. He sells local grass fed beef and we bought chuck roasts, ribeyes, and wine of course! It’s a must stop and enjoy in the Fort Collins/La Porte area of Colorado!“

“This place is a hit! The food was so good! The 2 Sammie deal is the best because you get to have their fresh cut fries with them!I was happily greeted at the door by a gentlemen that explained the menu and the process making it feel comfortable. My food came out hot and quick. This is pre-Covid level of service and love to see it.“
“Such a cute brewery in downtown Fort Collins. They are dog friendly inside and out which is a huge plus for us. We tried all of their IPAs which were all delicious. We ended up getting the Chet IPA and enjoyed it sitting outside in their Adirondack chairs.“
“Beautiful facility and such a friendly staff. Family friendly , as well, if you'd like. Adult parents can socialize while the kids play on the lawn area within eyesight! Love NBB!“

“Came in for the first time on Sunday, had the Gelato, took home the Eggplant, fresh Mutsadell (mozzarella) and a Cannoli. The eggplant is absolutely outstanding! I make it myself but didn’t feel like going through the work to do it and I’m so happy I bought it! If you are Italian you’ll congratulate the chef! Red Sauce is on point! The only thing I’m mad about is living here for 10 years and just finding this gem! The Cannoli has been in the fridge since yesterday and the shell is still hard! Cannoli cream is good! The Gelato is the best I’ve had in Colorado. 10 out of 10!“
“The dunkel was good. The root beer was tasty too.“
“Our favorite local craft brewery. They’re always coming up with new brews to try!“

“Love the ambiance here - Honestly wish I discovered it sooner. It's such a cozy spot to hang out. I love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to relax and read or be productive with work. I had an iced oat milk latte with white chocolate and it was delicious. Baristas were very friendly :)“
“Second time here. Solid beers. We popped in mid Friday afternoon before the weekend rush. I enjoyed at Savage Stout on nitro. I love the dark beers. This was an easy drinker at 4.3% ABV. My husband had The Wedge west coast IPA. Delicious. There is inside and outside seating. A food truck was setting up when we arrived. The staff is welcoming and made great recommendations.“
“Small place but the beer is great! I ordered a flight and loved it all, not to overbearing yet satisfying. Charlotte was a fantastic beertender and my Dad and I enjoyed chilling here for an hour. Deceit was or favorite which is a double IPA. Well thought out brew for sure. See you all next time!“
“I have had Peculier Ales before but I haven't ever been to this location before. It's actually not far from my aunt's house where I was staying making the commute easy and quick. For my beer experience at this location I maintained my mostly light beer drinking choices while on this trip and got the Old Mill Lite, an American style light lager which hit the spot nicely! Flavor highlights for this beer is a crisp and sweet flavors and definitely one you could enjoy more than one of. The location I liked! It's on a frontage road and not by extremely busy traffic unless you try to get on the nearby highway . Nice patio area to kick back and relax when Colorado is having one of it's many warm, sunny days!“

“Been here a number of times now. It's my favorite Fort Collins restaurant. Brought friends here, and they're taken with it as well. Today was lunch with a friend. We both got the "fajita bowls," which were delicious, and our picky little requests were honored with a smile and most friendly attitude by Lauren. We took our time on the back patio, enjoyed the weather and the conversation, and left with enough food left for a dinner. Can't say which experience has been the best. They've all been great.“

“Rise was great! They had a special of turkey burnt ends and it was wonderful. We wondered if turkey burnt ends might be dry but they were very moist and very well seasoned. The service was great. Sorry I can't remember the waitress's name but she was wonderful. The service from the kitchen was really fast. The last couple of times we had gone to Rise this was not the case, so we really appreciated the speed with which our food came. It's great to see Rise thriving!“

“I have been there on several occasions ordering tacos recently. Specifically the carne asada tacos. They have a great flavor. The portions are plentiful and everything is fresh including the corn tortillas. The fresh salsabar is a good compliment to the experience. We have also tried their El pastor tacos and they are also very good. Many years ago they used to make their fajitas with a melted cheese and bacon on top my only regret is that they stop doing that. Service was a little slow but I think they are dealing with the same staffing issues as everybody else.. The most important thing is that the food itself is fresh, consistent and very competitively priced.“
“The best stop in NoCo for quality teas and spices. The staff is very knowledgeable and helped me find some great teas and spices to try. I'm excited to cook again :) Vik's Garlic Fix is amazing in scrambled eggs and on roasted vegetables. And the Mint Basil tea is wonderful for curing headaches or just relaxing in the evening. We'll be in again.“

“What a fine establishment! 5 stars for the juice, 5 stars for the hospitality!! I was in town visiting family, and this place was highly recommended by a local. We wanted to grab a drink before heading over to the game. Danny and Courtney (owners) were both onsite (not sure they ever leave...lol) and they took great care of us!! We tried the old fashioned but also the straight rye. The OF was on point, but the rye is really all you need! This spirit is perfectly balanced, just enough spice, and is the ideal pregame pick me up!! We'll be back next time we are in town!!“
“Great wait staff behind the bar! Great place to meet friends and have a brew. I would suggest cleaning the tables between patrons and being mindful of tp in the toilets.“

“First, a little background about food trucks. In the 1990's, food trucks were much different - you didn't have a vast selection of specialty foods available. A food truck was more like a mobile convenience store, carrying the expired stuff that 7-11 had unloaded for 1/2 price in the wee hours of the morning. You only went if you had forgot to pack a sangwich or you didn't have time to leave the construction site. Nowadays, you can find energy drinks (yah) but also fish n chips, good Mexican, burgers, all kinds of food. Maggie's is a good Mexican food truck, better than 80% of the Mexican brick-n-mortar places in Fort Collins. The day I encountered Maggie's ,they were parked in the lot at Jax (the one in town, not the ranch one up by LaPorte). I was disappointed that Jax didn't have what I needed, and what's better than drowning your sorrows in food? Which I enjoyed. I got a chorizo breakfast burrito and a couple of Al pastor street tacos. The menu seems fairly large, and they had even deployed a picnic table and some plants to give the place some atmosphere. By virtue of location, one of the best restaurants in north Fort Collins. They're presumably mobile, but if you see Maggie's at Jax, you should stop and feed.“
“Fort Collins is a city that’s chock full of breweries, and Equinox Brewing is a true standout. This cozy, family- and dog-friendly tap room serves a huge variety of craft beers. You can get a pint of your favorite lager, or order a sampling of various offerings. They even have a small Biergarten out back. Equinox Brewing is a Fort Collins classic!“

“This is the 2nd time I’ve been here. Small space but good music and vibe. Mixologists are nice and do a great job. Tried the Espresso Martini Flight -was really really good. I recommend sharing. Fav: Wht Choc Rasp. and Brown Sugar Cinn. ?“
“This is the second time we've been here. It's hard to find the first time because it's tucked inside of a shopping center corner. When it comes to the size of the brewery, it's comfortable and has room to move around. There is an indoor taproom as well as an outdoor patio. The patio is a good size and there are fire pits during the cooler nights. For entertainment, there is shuffleboard, pinball machines, a wide variety of board games and a little gift shop area. They have a good sized screen for sports games and they are very kid friendly. They have clean restrooms and changing tables. For drinks and menus, they have many different beer choices, a selection of wine, visiting taps, and a few non alcoholic options such as sodas. They also offer good snacks such as pizzas, salsa platters, pretzels, burritos, chips, and kids snacks like goldfish, chips and Nutella snacks. Everything is reasonably priced and we do recommend this great spot to those with and without little ones.“
“We have been wanting to eat here for a while and we finally did, We were not disappointed. The place is definitely busy on a Wednesday night. Even though they were busy we were seated within a few minutes. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was great and the beer was refreshingly different, I really enjoyed the Belgian Wit, I am not a fan of hoppy beers so this was perfect for me with a light citrus and spice and a crisp finish.“

They not only delivered the amazing food for $12 (less than a door dash delivery!) but also set it all up for us with detailed descriptions of the food for anyone with allergies or just the picky eaters! “Awesome bar with a great outside area. The owner, Heather, is amazing and treats her staff and customers like family. Excellent place to kick back and enjoy a good show.Parking: If the lot is full, you can park across the street by the hardware store.Kid-friendliness: I mean, I'm not the biggest fan of kids running around at the bar, but the outside area provides plenty of room for that if it's your thing.“
