“I always make a special trip to get a yummy latte and a treat from here! The rose latte and earl rose tea latte is so delicious and no one else around has it! So many unique coffee and non coffee creations to enjoy! Love the atmosphere and true craft coffee here! Highly recommend a visit! Will update with a latte photo soon!!“

“Went here to meet with a friend over breakfast - excellent spot for that - there was enough background noise to feel like you could talk without others listening in but not so much as to need to raise our voices. Not a huge selection of food but I ended up with a pretty decent burrito and a tasty hot chocolate (since I'm not a coffee person).“

“I am absolutely in love with this place! I frequently go to the one in Denver. I love the pastries, bahn-mi and Korean hotdogs. I am so excited there is one in Northern Colorado now. I can’t wait to try the Pho! ❤️❤️ It’s time for more Asian food to come up north! Now all we need is a Hotpot restaurant in Northern Colorado! ❤️❤️“

“This coffee shop is superb! It is so comfortable and welcoming. It is very popular and for good reason. One very rarely finds a coffee shop of this quality. This place encourages you to linger and have a second cup or pastry. They have great food as well as coffee. Tables are often shared with friends and soon to be friends. Best place in town... Maybe in Colorado.“

“Feels like your home town diner. My server was a pro who rarely left a cup empty. I ordered the Pueblo skillet and added spinach+mushrooms. The home fries were crispy, the eggs were poached to perfection, the chorizo was flavorful, the Cholula hollandaise topped it off and tied it together, and it was served with warm tortillas to clean it all up. This was a bold breakfast that earned five stars from this hungry dude!!!“
“We had THE BEST snowy Sunday treat today after Church. Sara was so sweet and patient with my 3 sons, husband, and I as we chose 16 different flavors of gelato to enjoy in the cozy caffé out of the elements. We were in no hurry to slosh back through the snow, so we studied ALL the menu options, planned future dates, gelato birthday cakes, and reward treats. Thanks Paciugo, we’ll be back soon!“

“We visited from Atlanta and so glad we saw this during the holidays! Friendly batista and manager gave us great recommendations for coffee AND wine! The floral/ gift shop is prefect for kitchy items for the family. Definitely will visit again!Ordered the Pancake latte (Rennie) and mocha white coffee (The Grinch).“
