“Decided to give this place a try just for fun, and the experience was very good. The decor and presentation of the restaurant is a bit upscale, but not too much. The food was really excellent, and not terribly expensive. The excellence of the dishes was really top-notch, we were very impressed by how well the food was prepared, seasoned and cooked.. it was one of the nicest experiences we have had in some time. If you want a nice place to take or date, or just eat something that is cooked by someone who is very skilled, this is a great choice. Not only would I return, I look forward to the next time I go in, because the excellence of the food was really remarkable.“

I tried to catch their attention but was unable to in time.Adding 20% onto a check for 3 people was unorthodox and doesn’t feel like the right scenario for a restaurant. I’ve heard of adding gratuity for parties of six or more, but adding to a three-top is not standard practice.“

“Be aware they are now charging a “service charge”. It’s was not noted on the menu nor did the server inform us of the charge. The only reason I found out is I requested a printed receipt. The receipt recommended an additional tip be between 2-7% on top of the charge. Yet when I paid the machine prompted an additional 15 or 18% tip so I tipped 18 even tho our service was bad cuz I use to be a server. The unfortunate part is I didn’t look at the receipt for over a week after I visited. I’m very disappointed that I’m being charged a “service fee” and at no time was it ever brought to my attention that this is a new thing.“

“This is a cute restaurant with great food. Came here during the week with my husband and enjoyed our experience. The restaurant was smaller but comfortable and decorated well. We sat at a table facing the door, which definitely got pretty cold since people were going in and out. Would recommend they put in a heater for those front tables. We ordered the following items: Mussels 8/10 Wedge Caesar salad 6/10 (due to size) Grilled oysters 7/10 Fresh oysters 8/10 Key lime pie 6/10 Service from our waiter 20/10 Will definitely come back to try other items on the menu!“

“My DU student and I recommend everything! The food is amazing (I recommend the eggplant Ragu), the price is right, and the family that owns and works are lovely and want everyone to be happy and to enjoy their food. It’s amazing!“

“A cozy and comfortable place for a cocktail. We were staying at the Marriott Courtyard a block away and looking for a location to have an evening drink. This place is not very loud, the seating is comfortable, and the service was great! The cocktails are unique and eclectic. Would definitely visit again.“

“Came here for drinks and snacks and my companions swapped out and then we stayed for dinner. This is a rather small space, but in a more convenient area of downtown in that it's on the fringe. It was quite busy the night we were there, which is great. The wine list is great, of course as a somm is a co-owner. We shared the big charcuterie board, which was awesome and definitely lots of delicious items. My husband was the late joiner and he ordered the farmhouse chicken. Unfortunately, it was super salty, but otherwise good. I still need to try the scotch olives! I'll definitely be back.“

Everything we had was delicious, from the drinks (I had the Berry Sangria and the bartender “roulette” which turned out to be a spicy, pomegranate margarita) to the food - baked goat cheese, the burger, the arugula and beet salads. “Got here on a Thursday, about 15 minutes before the lounge opened. Hung out on the couch in the store area, the store employees were super nice. The lounge wound up opening 10 minutes late, and the bartender still wasn't ready. She attributed this to a new cocktail menu that required extra prep. No big deal, but the bartender seemed like she didn't want to be there. No smile, no enthusiasm, no "sorry about that," definitely minimal talking. I would dock 1/2 star, if I could, for the less than engaged bartender. The drinks, however, were outstanding. I had the raspberry hibiscus sour, which was not only pretty, but really good. My husband had the standard old fashioned; it was fairly bourbon forward, but very good. There isn't any food service here, but they do have a couple of packaged snacks you can get (pretzels, trail mix, etc). I do wish they had a kitchen and served some bar food. The prices were reasonable for craft cocktails and locally made bourbon. Didn't do the tour, but definitely would if we had more time. All in all, cool little place, and I would totally go back for the crazy whisky cocktails.“

“One other person and I did a tour of the facility and a tasting of several different whiskeys. Our host was incredibly knowledgeable and made things really interesting. I've done half a dozen distillery tours in the past, and this one was the most genuine; it wasn't commercial or fake feeling. This is a real, small local distillery and they care about everything they do!“

We couldn’t decide on appetizers so we had all of the small plates. Every dish was wonderful. The borscht always probably my favorite but it’s difficult to pick a favorite when everything is delicious. The flavor and textures are well executed. We also split two mains, the cod and quail, and one dessert. We each had two cocktails. All of them were unique and tasty. Their wine list also looked great. All of this for $100 each. It definitely feels like a European cafe. It’s a good spot for a dinner with friends and would be perfect for a date night. One of the best overall dining experiences in Denver.“

“Rino Country Club is the last true neighborhood bar in Rino. Brock and co. are always on their game serving up quick drinks no matter the size of the crowd. The outdoor space is awesome and they’re always making small updates to improve it. Dalton’s food window serves up the best burg in town.“
