“I'm giving this place 5 stars because I want to see a local business succeed. The food/ice is great. My issue is the employees don't seem to take their job seriously. They're goofing around and it takes 5+ min to get a single small ice even when I'm the only customer there. They are playing around and laughing instead. Also, the music is very inappropriate for a family friendly place. There was some EDM-style music playing that was dropping F-bombs and other curse words constantly. The employees seem to just need closer supervision.“
