“Excellent from start to finish . Sam our waitress went above and beyond . Dinner was amazing . Sushi I was so delicious . Seaweed salad with salmon skin and caviar on top was amazing . 2 of our friends had hibachi and loved it . It really was a perfect night . Weather was so perfect as well . I highly recommend this place .“

“Out of this world sushi! If you ever make it to Florida, this place is a definite don't miss destination. Sure Disney world is ok and the night life in South Beach is fun, but if you don't make it to Sushi Simon, you might as well stay home.Parking: Parking may be a bit packed but what can you expect for a world class destination restaurant. So plan on arriving a little early, take your time and consider the valet service available in the farthest East lot or try parking in the first two levels of the garage across from the restaurant. It's free and usually available if you arrive a little earlier in the evening.“

“I got takeout sushi right when they were about to close at the end of the lunch session. It took a surprisingly long time, given I was the only person being served, but it was tasty. (Maybe it's a sign of the inflationary time we're living in, but in the recent past elsewhere I have paid $1.00 upcharge for soy paper instead of nori, but here it was $2.50.)“

“My hubby and I are always looking for a good authentic Thai restaurant and we found the perfect place. We are from NY so you know we have high expectations because Ny has great Thai restaurants. Sabai nailed all our expectations and beyond. The flavors were explosive and insanely delicious. We are definitely coming back. We can't stop talking about this place.“

“The best freshest sushi ever. unique dishes. A perfect choice to relax and have a cocktail with some of my favorites like the lobster roll, Bella roll, just Mauied and Sashimi platters. Try scallop hand roll with quail egg it’s amazing“
