“Over the last few years, we've been coming to Moreno Bakery hand had consistently pretty good food and an excellent bakery. We've gone a handful of times more recently and the food has been great, but the Cuban sandwich was a little meh. I went ahead and ordered a platter for a party, cause they were good, but the sliced pork, while it's the best sliced pork I've had on a Cuban is still not as good as roast pork. after eating their perfect roast pork again, I got the idea to see if they could put THAT on the sandwich platter instead and thus was born my new favorite Cuban sandwich! I've been hard pressed to find anything that hit well since Andy's on the Bay in Oldsmar closed and this was it. Moreno Bakery has an advantage over most restaurants that buy bread from la Segunda in that their in house baked Cuban bread is worlds superior. I don't get the hype over the other bread, it's okay, it's not great. Moreno Bakery has GREAT Cuban bread! We already loved this place and now it's all I want! Well done, Moreno Bakery, well done!“
