After my recent trip to Italy, the first restaurant that caught my eye was @pinsafire Roman Style Pizza. We ordered the Vegetarian Pizza and it was sooo scrumptious. The crust is so crispy that it crunches and the cheese is so nice and melty when it comes straight out of the authentic fire baking oven. Pinsa Fire has been one of the best additions to the Downtown Space. The primary chef, Will, is always incredibly friendly and ready to ensure quality. I've turned this into one of my weekly stops and will continue coming back for the future.I highly recommend the fig & prosciutto as well as the birria (when its on special)
