I’ve ordered 7 times from this place. 6 of those times they have forgotten or missed quite a few items. I’m incredibly frustrated as they have really good food but they refuse to admit their person taking Uber orders needs at the very least major training, or to be replaced. On the order today they clearly forgot to process the 2nd page of the Uber order as that sheet was missing with the paperwork, along with those food items missing. They tried blaming it on Uber. Yet I’ve never had 6 out of 7 orders in a row messed up by any other place ever. I can’t stand people who refuse to take any responsibility and blame others! Shame on you. To make matters worse, one dish they always fail to process is the one my daughter eats, which is also at the end of the order. In the photo you can see they don’t even check off items on the first page. The items in the photo are everything I received and you can compare it to the receipt. This happens every time and every time they blame Uber!
