The food was exceptional. Enjoying cold beers by the water added to the ambiance, and the sight of baby ducks running around made the experience even more memorable. I love it here at black point and this restaurant is amazing and one of the waiters Ashley is the absolute best server there she gives great service and always thinks about her customers I’ve never been treated so good at any restaurant before, When I come here I only get Ashley she will make your experience dining here 10x better the view is also great and the music and management is super chill one of my favorite places to go !

I went on Saturday with my family at 7pm when I arrived, we were 9 people and 3 children and from a distance the view looked very beautiful of the sea and so on. When I arrived to request the table, the person who was there, I couldn't find out his name, he was very rude. and haughty saying that my waiting time was 2 hours but you could see his annoyance and poor customer service, even in my presence he gave a sermon to a waiter, the truth is I don't know if this person is the manager of the place or what but he is not the way of serving people, I won't go again nor recommend it, I'm sorry.

To order a food service you have to keep in mind that they give you an estimate and then they can charge you double and they don't explain it to you until you see the summary of the account. For example, we ordered a margarita with rum and they charged 20 dollars each. Mind you, it was at the menu prices for 200, it cost us 400 dollars and we complained to them and they even disrespected us and conspired to carry out the scam. Terrible treatment and service, they never ask you if you want something else, you have to call them to help you... I don't recommend it to anyone who goes through that.
