“The gulf port location was very limited on selection and only had tiny spoons but we didn’t care because the guy that helped our family had amazing customer service. He read what they had in stock twice to us and happily helped us make our choice. He was amazing!!“

They also carried stuffed animals, a perfect gift idea with St Pete Beach logos. We ordered three of smallest cup and a very generous portion- vanilla (oat milk ), munchie madness (dairy), and chocolate chip cookie dough (dairy). They were all so tasty. I don’t like my ice cream too sweet and was pleasantly surprised. Service was friendly and prompt. Clean, small tables and chairs. “Cecelia’s Sweets and Vampire Penguin is a family owned and operated desert and snack store located just off of Central Avenue in St. Petersburg with another Vampire Penguin location in Seminole, Florida. Their award winning shaved snow is unlike anything we’ve ever had before and we were already fans of the Vampire Penguin in Seminole before we tried their downtown St. Pete location!We were greeted by a very sweet young lady as well as Cecelia’s daughter and we’re excited to find that this location offered some additional items like house-made freeze dried candy, gourmet popcorn, cookies, delicious premium ice cream in a cup, cone or waffle cone, soft drinks, floats, warm pretzels, and even non-dairy and low sugar options on their small sized snow desserts! The restaurant is super cute with bright decor, friendly service, bar style seating and even a water bowl for your fur kids just outside the door! They have a cute Instagramable wall and the bathroom was well kept and clean.We ordered a warm salted Pretzel with their honey mustard dip which was delicious! I ordered the Blueberry Cheesecake ice cream in a cone and my husband ordered the stunning Polar Affogato - Coffee and Vanilla flavored snow, surrounded by Chocolate Brownie chunks, drizzled in Chocolate sauce and topped with fresh Whipped Cream dusted with Coco Powder. It was mind blowing!We will 100% be returning to Cecilia’s for the wonderful treats and fabulous customer service! Next time, I hope to bring my fur kid for their Bow Wow Wow canine friendly snow made of fruit snow and drizzled with Peanut Butter sauce.“

“Cute repurposed twistee great that’s great for ice cream! The decorations here are a little odd (elvis statue among others) but regarding the food, they have a plethora of options. Milkshakes, cones, cups, sundaes - they’ve got it all.I got a cookies and crème milkshake it and was really good! I liked the thicker consistency than other places which allowed it to be eaten better with a spoon. Could definitely see it being popular for kids/families!“

The product is still very good and their coffee is just great, however their service just is not good anymore. It is spring break here, and they have two espresso machines in there but the second one is not being used and they just cannot handle the volume. Today I had to leave because I just simply didn't have any more time to wait.This has happened to me a number of times lately, so I believe my addicted to the bean days are over. Our sugary snacks were quite refreshing, super sweet, and just what the doctor ordered, but Cherry Wonderdog would be doing a disservice to canine followers everywhere if the facts weren’t presented accurately. Beachzone charges in accordance with the location and captive audience. The Italian ice here is delicious, but don’t expect good value!“

They have a sign on the door about allergens and when we went inside, our server made sure to read the labels to address an egg allergy in our group. gelato was yummy and we feel like the service was excellent and the were seating was clean and it’s just your typical old timey ice cream parlor for some nostalgia when you’re at the beach lots of flavors to choose from enjoy.“
