“The food was amazing along with the service. Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant maintained cleanliness!!! I had a the Cuban roasted chicken with rice and beans. The chicken was super tender and it came right off my fork, loved that! My girls also enjoyed their grilled salmon and Cuban sandwich. Our server ERNESTO was very kind and was able to accommodate our requests very smoothly. He brought everything on time and made sure we had everything we needed. He also checked up on us to make sure we liked the food and drinks and suggested if we don’t like something he can change it to something else. He was very helpful. Thank you Ernesto. “

“I decided to take a leisurely stroll from the Marriott to satisfy my craving for Cuban coffee, and boy, was it worth the walk! Although it turned out to be a bit farther than I anticipated, the moment I took my first sip of that rich, aromatic Cuban coffee, any fatigue vanished.The coffee was exceptionally good, with a strong and robust flavor that truly hit the spot. And let's not forget pulled chicken, rice, and black beans were simply amazing, bursting with authentic flavors. Julia the server was so good at explaining and so relatable!!!The temptation to have a second cup of that heavenly coffee was almost too strong to resist! Overall, I'm thrilled to have stumbled upon this gem of a cafe. If you're in the mood for authentic Cuban coffee and delectable food, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!“

“We came here for brunch on Sunday and sat with Maria Fernanda. She was very sweet, gave us suggestions for drinks, appetizers and main courses. Everything was tasty and seasoned well. We started off with fresh Lulo juice. I think they should be more specific letting people know it is fresh! Super yummy. We then ordered Chicken Soup, Truffle Omelette and The Luka Rancheros which were all delicious. We are happy to have Luka here in Plantation! “Great spot! They have great selection of cooked food such as beef stew, pulled pork, fried pork, sweet spicy chicken, BBQ beef and much more. Sides are rice, fried Yuka, sweet plantains, Moro ( rice with beans together),French Fries and more. Everything I tried was fresh and favorable. The place is clean and in a great location with lots of parking. They have another location off 136th but that place is not as clean and always busy.If you looking for great food and affordable prices I would absolutely recommend give them a try.“

“When I tell you, I was fiending for empanadas that day... I'm so glad I found this place. (it was my first time there)I believe I had a korean chicken and chicken mushroom empanada. A deal they had for two with a side and a drink. (the guava made me melt)I was definitely satisfied!In all honesty, it's a sweet little place and I like how I was treated as a first time customer. I don't remember who was at the counter, however they were knowledgeable about the menu and helped me figure out what I was craving.Service like this is always appreciated, thank you!“

The suggestions from him were all outstanding from the lobster appetizer to the beef tostada and the stuffed poblano pepper. We can't say enough about the entire staff. “First time at this place; the restaurant was clean, the food was outstanding, and the waiter (Brandon) was very attentive. Then again, there were only two or three other tables seated. Awkward ambiance for the first five+/- minutes because there was no music playing and the TVs were off. Finally, the music came on and the dining experience improved ten-fold. Meanwhile, the TVs were never turned on. Not a big deal, in fact... might even be cool to have a place with no TVs, where people are forced to interact with one another. But I digress, if you choose to have televisions in your establishment, keep them on; there's a lot you can do with them, not just have it on TV programming. Anyways, this place is absolutely fantastic and has the potential to be one of the area's best restaurants. I'll definitely be back!“

“We've been eating here for years. My husband craves the chicken empanadas with the house made hot sauce and a cafe con leche. They see him and get his order ready as they do with many customers. This is a family run place where you become part of the family. For delicious, fresh Latin food this is my go to. They are only open for breakfast and lunch but you can always order a dinner to eat later.“

“We usually order take out for the office and they never disappoint. We have never had a bad experience with the place, they rarely miss anything in the order, and when they do it’s usually a side salad or a cup of beans which is not a big deal. Everything we have ordered so far tastes very good, from their bistec de pollo to their carne asada de cerdo, all is very well seasoned.“

“We were on our way to Miami and heard about this place from a friend, so we gave it a try and were not disappointed. The atmosphere is cute, warm and welcoming. Our server was very helpful in answering our questions about menu items. I tried a dish called tacu tacu, which is a mixture of canary beans, rice and spices which is fried into a crispy cake. Super yummy! Came with a grilled chicken breast and pickled onions. Please don't forget the desserts, they are all made by the owner and are fantastic.“
