Need to be under review with the CEO again!!! Need everybody to be retrain or firing the current management and hiring ppl that actually know how to do their job and care for food and customer service. The general manager is there while the employees are disrespecting the customer and practicing bad food safetyOn top of paying customer that deal with food and literally get talk about in their face when we tell you the food is wrong or coldStay away from here ppl
This shouldn’t even get a star for how unprofessional and disrespectful the managers are that work here . I placed a mobile order on the app for my kids to eat and I pulled up to the window to pick it up and the manager tells me she can’t give me my food because they don’t sell the “meal duo” anymore mind you it’s still on there app to order so why don’t you guys sell it anymore ??? I had no problem with the service, my issue was the food. The checkers fries that live in your mind DO NOT exist here. I am aware that this is not a 5 star establishment and I don't hold it to said standards - it's fast food. That being said it doesn't mean its ok to have serve food that is soggy, cold or hard. Bare minimum. It was about 11 pm - not too packed .... Honorable mention: the drive thru order at the machine was totally robotic. Pretty cool- captured everything my husband...read full review
