“Las chavela restaurant has become one of my best Mexican food here in Homestead. The food are vey flavorful I highly recommend you to try the Gordita Asada you will not regret it. If you’re looking for an authentic mexican restaurant come try this place.“

“This is a traditional Mexican Cantina, these are the flavors you can find at a neighbor restaurant in Guadalajara, so be careful with homemade green sauce.Birria was fantastic, tacos and quesadillas were OK.The atmosphere is and staff uniform it's all about Mexican folklore, very nice.My advise to match the authentic Mexican Hospitality is, have courtesy with your guests and get some tortilla chips and dips serve before any ordering from the menu.If your guest order some tacos onions and Cilantro is great but radish should be included too.Portions are not very generous so if you order birria tacos like me you will need two sides like frijoles or guacamole to compliment.Agua de Jamaica and Orchata were great, the Micheladas are not the best so I recomend a regular beer.“

“I must say, I've never stepped into this restaurant, but order delivery from here frequently. This has to be, hands down, the best Mexican food in the Homestead/Florida City area. I have to go in one day to sit down to eat because the food from the delivery is impressive in presentation and absolutely delicious to eat. It always seems like an extra effort is put in the food with positive pride in what they are serving. It always tastes fresh, authentic, and deliciously homemade with love. If they are this good with delivery, I imagine they are even better if I showed up in person.Please keep up the wonderful work. The tortas and fajitas are so good I crave them more often than any other types of food. As I write this, I'm waiting for my next torta order. “This place is amazing I’m in Miami lakes and don’t come down south much I came down to the fruit and spice park and decided to stop here since Iv heard of so much great things about it on social media this place was great the food so unique and creative the corn on the cob butter garlic and omg woww blew my mind my son got Mac n cheese and added Doritos sour cream and shredded cheese delicious it’s a bit expensive like 40$ for 3 ppl two meals one corn cob and the place is tiny should’ve for takeout only but we live far so we needed to eat in location hopefully they get more tables and seats to accommodate but I do highly recommend it’s a cool different treat !!“
