I typically don’t do reviews. But I’m not happy I placed a delivery. Apparently they can’t see that my address and my neighbor’s address are the same only difference is mine is a 1/2. I’ve had NO ISSUES in the past with deliveries. UNTIL tonight. And when I called to ask why it was completed I said did they go to the back. He said he’s not having his driver go around back. I said it’s not in around. My lights are on clearly visible. Anyways, I called to have my pizza delivered back and they said no. Again this is the FIRST TIME I’ve had an issue with someone not coming in the back. Multiple orders at this location. And to be hung up on and not be provided the managers name. This is not good customer service. I get it’s a Friday night. But again never had an issue with my past orders. And of course the one night that I’m having a bad day and make a quick dinner order this happens. I’ve worked in customer service and that is not it. Even if my phone number isn’t updated, NEVER HAD AN ISSUE BEFORE. (And I’ve ordered late multiple times)
