“I had to go buy a macaroon for my daughter teacher for extra credit. Everything was super nice, in an amazing area. The macaroon tasted amazing, and the person serving was such a sweet heart and so nice to chat with. My only concern is the price those macaroon were very expensive $4.50 for one. But other than that it was an overall great experience.“

“Where to start. I’ve been probably at every Sergio’s café in Miami and even in Orlando. Te quality of the food is superbe. For whatever reason I had not visited the one at Miami Lakes until this week and from now on I would say it is my favorite, the food is amazing as always but what makes the difference is the customer service and willingness to assist you of one of your servers: Digna, shoutout to that girl. She made our visit exceptional. She is an asset for your restaurant. I was with my friend who lives nearby we were for lunch and to catch up, we ordered the Cuban sampler and Frituritas de malanga to start. They were delicious, my favorites ever, then my friend got the Chicken fried rice and I got the Lechón asado! Yummy. Everything was great but the courtesy and the contagious smile of Digna definitely is to recognize. We are coming back again soon just for Digna!“

“We were at this bakery 4 years ago. that time was really nothing special and we were not a big fan of it. This time, we tried breakfast and liked the menu. We had breakfast three times during our hotel stay next door. The menus are different from our (New York) standard. Things are larger but it was fun to try new things. The staff are very helpful and explain each item new to us. The coffee was very strong, and we loved it. Nice place for breakfast and lunch too.“

“The Dunkin that I have been to with the most competent workers. The Cuban ladies that always take my order are competent, efficient and quick. Even when people are there, they keep it moving so it is not overly packed with people waiting because the ladies who take the order are competent and listen to you when you place your order. Also, I notice their ingredients in the iced coffee are fresher than the ingredients of other Dunkins. This is for sure my favorite Dunkin as the quality is superb and they never mess up my order.“

“This McDonalds is within 5min walking distance from my house, I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child. I am forever grateful for how well paced, clean, and all around great this location is. Above all, they always seem to improve throughout the years.I’m not one to write reviews but I felt the need to because of my most recent experience here. I often go at night - you and I know that the Night Shift at any McDonald’s is going to be hit or miss, but this McDonalds always defies that. Jessy is a fantastic example of why this location is amazing, I always leave feeling great about the service, even more so when he’s working. My order is always correct and he is always able to help with anything I need, no hesitation.The staff here is what makes this location special. “Please ignore the bad reviews. People have one little unpleasant experience for whatever reason. They leave a negative review and then forget they did it when they keep going and they receive great customer service every following time. Employees are very attentive and nice. Just go and see it for yourself. Great freshly squeezed orange juice, too. Local favorite!!“

“Although the food and the drinks stand by itself the staff should improve their customer service skill. My experience yesterday was horrendous.... sandwich thrown in the counter and it was mess inside the bag, it would be a totally disaster if the bag would be holding it in place, wait for like 15 minutes for a cold drink, ate the sandwich and when then I stand close to the counter again they asked if I needed something?? Really... of course my drink, where is it? Ah great at the window to be pick up at the drive through and last a compensation card. That was hilarious and I even didn’t get mad at all. I get it is Starbucks the food is good the drinks delicious and refreshing but common where is the customer service, that is also a part of the chain, Acknowledge the customer and not act like you’re mad, just do your job that’s it.“

“Very cool, authentic Cuban restaurant. I had a cuban sandwich and a bowl of delicious sausage and potato soup. A large cup soup was $4.50 sandwich was $9.00. Very affordable and if I lived in that area I would eat there often. The food I saw on other tables looked outstanding“
