“Nice atmosphere m, staff was great, and food was delicious. The mimosa was as big as my head.. lol However, it was $19. I wish there would have been a smaller size option as I have a very small stomach due to weight loss surgery. With the $19 mimosa I also got a coffee, eggs with cheese and bacon with a bagel to go for my friend. With tip the bill was $60. Now I realize I’m in South Beach, but I think that is a little excessive for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I understand.“

“Excellent birthday brunch! Intimate setting. Tables were pretty close together., Definitely come hungry. Portions are splittable. We had the Nutella stuffed French toast, turkey Benedict, espresso Martini, and French toast cappuccino. Food and drinks were nicely curated.,“

“The Lifeguard by Edwar Simal Cafe & Restaurant and John, Eddy, & Joseph were amazing!The Lifeguard Cafe is amazing both service & quality of food. I had the Ham & Cheese Omelette(good & hearty), & the Signature Sweet Pancakes, those pancakes were a tiny bit of heaven, complete perfection. My family stumbled upon this unique cafe during our hunt for a brunch spot with good food @ a reasonable price after our 7 day cruise. John greeted us outside while we were checking out their menu, & was happy to make accommodations for all 14 of us. All service was stellar, they even gave us detailed descriptions of some of the menu items we had never had before. Some of us tried the Tropical Bombon espresso drink, delicious! The atmosphere is very welcoming for an art gallery, that doubles as a cafe. You just have to go for yourself, you’ll love it!“

“Food: for our first visit we ordered from their panini menu, with an array of great fresh options you can definitely satisfy your craving! I got a great fresh panini on a baguette which was great! From the homemade pesto, fresh prosciutto and the best homemade mozzarella! I highly recommend!We also got another sandwich but requested it on a focaccia and this has to be the way to go in my opinion the freshly baked focaccia was the winner!We did try dessert which was a tiramisu and along with the food it was a hit! Moist, creamy, and the perfect ratio of sweet, bitter , and chocolate flavors!Service: we were greeted by a smile and that’s always a great start! We had many questions and the employee was happy to help and give recommendations. “First of all my entire pregnancy I craved their version of eggs Benedict and their delicious coffee. Almost every Sunday for months you could find me having brunch there. They have a charming Dj and a fun atmosphere to enjoy your meal on Sundays. I also love that you walk through this almost garden like scenery for outdoor eating in the front.“

“As an Italian, I really miss a traditional pasticceria. Mamma Leone makes me feel like I’m back in Rome. You can order in Italian (they speak the language) and they serve the coffee on the bar in a glass of you want (the way we Italians do it). Drink your coffee with a cornetto ? and enjoy. It was hot, fresh and very tasty. The coffee was amazing and the 2 women who ran the spot were delightful. It's just basically a food stand, no real ambiance, but it is clean and efficient.
