I hate to say this but this DD has under trained/poorly trained staff. I visited this location twice. The first time, I ordered stuffed bagel bites and the cream cheese inside of it was frozen. The employee clearly didn’t heat up my item. Second visit I ordered a caramel latte and the employee made me an unflavored latte with no sweetener. Whoever owns this franchise- wouldn’t be a bad idea to properly train employees before they run this place into the ground
As someone who works at a Starbucks, I expected better from a coffee shop- nevertheless one of our biggest competitors. We walked in and had to wait around 5 minutes for one of the not one, not two, but FIVE employees to wait on us. Mind you there was nobody in the drive-thru, and there was one mother/daughter in front of us in line who only ordered donuts. My sister and I ordered two iced coffees, mine has 1 pump more of vanilla but was MUCH darker than my sisters, whose tasted...read full review

The guy who helped us was so amazing it was 2 adults with my 2 kids and we were pretty indecisive. They answered our questions and was so helpful. They did forget my daughters donut but thankfully she was ok eating the others we picked. I can't seem to ever order my coffee right though so it wasn't the best. But that's completely on me
