On regards of food it was delicious, healthy options and good protein smoothies. Plus the place it’s really pretty. “Beautiful decor, very clean and bohemian. The espresso and americano were both very good and the guava coconut cookie excellent. While we didn’t have the sandwiches, they all looked delicious. Note that they automatically add a 15% service fee to each order. However, the service was all timely and efficient.“

“We were greeted when we entered and given an overview of how to order and all the menu items. Ordering was very easy, and all items could be customized. We scanned our drink items that we obtained from the adjacent cooler and paid with our mobile device. We found a table and waited for our order to be ready. We ordered the chicken shawarma and short rib pockets with sides of fries. The pockets had so much flavor, and we should have split an order of fries. All the staff were courteous and were busy keeping the tables clean. We will definitely come back if we are in the area.“

“Stopped by for quick lunch visit. Claimed to be the filet mignon of chicken tenders and they weren’t far off. My first experience was good. The tenders tasted great and the sauces were a nice touch. Buffalo chicken sandwich which is made with their tenders was delicious. Will definitely be back for lunch to try out a few options.“

“This has easily been one of my favorite spots for a smoothie and a wrap. I've been a customer for years and they never disappoint. Friendly team each time and the food is always tasty. The place is always clean with small tables. I love anything berry so I usually do the pomegranate plunge or the jetty punch and add berries to it. It's all tasty really and they have so many options to choose from which is nice. My favorite wrap is the hummus veggie wrap. I think it's such a perfect combination of veggies and it's pretty filling believe it or not. Maybe one day I'll try the other items as I've seen they keep adding new things but I can't stay away from the hummus veggie wrap lol But if you are ever looking for something easy and light then give them a try! You'll be happy!“

“Fantastic spot for a healthy bite. I tried the lean bean burrito, which was absolutely delicious. It was pretty big, but I ate the whole thing. It was too good to leave behind. Make sure you lather on the Sriracha sauce. Yum! I soothed my thirst with a green and healthy smoothie. It was incredibly refreshing. You can conveniently order your food at the counter and then are served pretty quickly. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. There are only a few tables inside, but they have a nice patio area in front. It's a perfect spot to enjoy a meal on a pleasant day. So happy to have this healthy option nearby!“

“This is my favorite restaurant in Miami Shores. The food is top notch, healthy and reasonably priced. I was.also impressed with how clean the restroom is. It may seem like a small detail but knowing how busy they were I was really surprised by this. It says to me the entire restaurant is clean, not just the areas we see. I had the tuna sandwich with the house salad. The tuna was great and the house salad was excellent.“

“This is my go to every time I’m at MIA, which is at least a dozen times a year. DELICIOUS and fresh. Some of the best airport food I’ve eaten anywhere. The roasted veggie and chicken salad is outstanding. The portion is large so even at $16 I get two meals out of it (and yes I carry the rest to my destination if I don’t finish it, it’s that good). Had the falafel wrap for a change yesterday and it was also excellent. This is food that I would eat regularly if it were available near my home. FYI the same food is sold at Ice Box at the other end of the terminal.“

“When I'm in the mood for a healthier chipotle, Diced is my go to. The meat is so fresh. I'm a little picky with my rice so I hate when it's a little too mushy but when the rice is cooked right, the food is great. The first time I went there the girl at the counter was helpful with what I might want to order. I usually do pick up but inside dining never looks too busy.“

“My 1st time going was pleasant. There was a bit of a line before I got there and the staff was very quick and efficient. The açaí bowl was ok. I could tell it was pre made and pre frozen. I would've preferred it fresh but for a chain smoothie spot it did what it needed to do. Still tasty. The environment inside was clean too.“
