Absolutely rude customer service from the “manager” . Placed an Online order Requesting for lettuce to be on the side not on sandwich. When picking up my order I ask for the lettuce because it was not in the bag. the manager told me she did not have enough lettuce to give me extra lettuce, Tried explaining to her I did not want extra lettuce just the lettuce that would have been on the sandwich. once again she said she didn’t have extra lettuce to give me. I said I’m not asking you for extra lettuce just for what would have originally gone on the sandwich,can I have that? she replies no rolls her eyes and continue to make a sandwich.
