We’ve had decent experiences here before, but today was an absolute fustercluck. They had a big sign saying they were short handed and service would be slow. They weren’t kidding. I had placed my online order and it said it would be ready by 12:40pm. I arrived at 12:40 and went to the counter. The frazzled cashier asked for my name, which I yelled over all the other noise. He still couldn’t hear me. I showed him on my phone, and he hollered that he didn’t see it in the system and I’d have to wait, as if I had done something wrong. Another 15 minutes of noisy chaos, and they finally had my order ready, without my drink. I reminded them and got my drink. It was an altogether uncomfortable, unsatisfactory experience. If I hadn’t already paid, I would’ve cancelled it and went to Tijuana Flats next door. They can handle a little rush without losing their minds.
