It is so unnecessary to respond unpleasantly to the customer ??? “I recently attended an event at the Amway Center. Arriving early I decided to grab a bite to eat on Church Street. I found a menu attached to an outside window of Cucina Pizza & Bar. The menu items were many. I chose to eat inside, although they have a large outside eating area with umbrellas. Andrew was my waiter, a very nice and knowledgeable individual. I ordered an Italian sub, and ask if it could be toasted. Jimmy the cook built me a wonderful sub, just as I ask it to be made. There was plenty of staff, and they all seemed friendly & efficient. When I go back to the Amway Center for an event, Cucina’s will definitely be my restaurant of Choice. Much success.“

“Yesterday was my first time trying Flame Pizza and to say I was surprised is an understatement. The food was absolutely amazing. I ordered an XL cheese and Xl pepperoni that was cooked to perfection. And my order of stuffed shells was awesome as well. Great food and service. This restaurant is located inside the Mobil gas station so it isn't as visible as maybe a restaurant with it's own store front. But don't let that deter you. Give them a chance. “After having been to this place a couple of times my summary is this: if it was located across town, I wouldn't make the trek. But because it is down the road from where I live, I am willing to go back for the convenience factor alone. If they had come to Lake Nona 2 years ago, it would've made a much bigger splash, but as of late 2023 we are actually getting a lot of decent restaurants in the area.They have a good variety of ramen and sushi dishes that will satisfy a variety of palates, but I do find their dishes to be a bit on the bland side and you can get better of both and many places in town. Of course, they have sauces on the side to doctor your soups up. Service is always good and the food comes out quickly.I'll admit that my opinion is somewhat clouded by the fact that they advertised themselves as being partnered with Kung Fu Tea for the whole year leading up to the open and even had the KFT supplies out during soft open, only to later dissolve that partnership for this location -- you can literally still see where that part of the sign was ripped off the side of the building.“

Honestly, the food was delicious, but we only got the soup and salad endless deal with breadsticks. Everything was fine except the timing for the food, and the location was beautiful and had plenty of space. We waited an extensive amount of time for soup and salad. However, they were making our soup fresh. Which was worth it, but communication would have been better, or starting us off with the salad and/or bread sticks while we waited would've been preferred. I drank through my first Red Sangria, which was fantastic, but I was picking at the tiny tiny fruit inside it to eat something. I would suggest cutting your fruit a bit larger as well to be able to eat the fruit you kind of have to shift through the ice and get lucky. I did get two, and it tasted so good! Personal preference was extra dressing for the salad ?. You know they sell their own dressing. The second round of food came out a lot faster. No dessert, and I had to tell the server twice, "I can't go to the gym after eating dessert ?.“

“My friend and I chose this restaurant because it was close to the hotel ( we are from Miami). He lived in the middle east for over 5 years and knows exactly what to expect from Middle Eastern cuisine. Daood Basha didn't disappoint. Excellent service, delicious and not pricey food, clean and comfortable... nothing to complain about. The server was kind enough to even give us some tea at the end of the dinner and a typical of the region candy that we enjoyed. My friend said the food in this place is a true representation of what he used to eat while living abroad and I found it extremely tasty and fresh. Next time in Orlando no doubt I will be back.“
