“A top notch steakhouse in downtown Orlando. We started with escargot, which I will typically try anywhere it is being served. The escargot here was very good, served in an actual escargot dish with butter in each socket. The snails served in the butter really allows them to soak it up. I went with the tried and true 8oz fillet, which was the perfect serving for me. The sides are big enough to share between 2 people. We got the grilled asparagus and au gratin potatoes, both were excellent and prepared perfectly. For desert we went with the dark chocolate molten turtle cake and bread pudding. The chocolate cake came with this vanilla ice cream rolled in pralines which was a great complement to the cake. The bread pudding was a sweet take on the delicious bread they serve, it is very filling.The atmosphere is very relaxed and there is a nice vibe in the room. There are very high ceilings, and you can see the old architecture, which really adds to the atmosphere. This has to be my favorite feature, and one of the coolest things I have seen in a restaurant.The servers provide top notch service. They know their stuff and know how to provide excellent service that a restaurant like this deserves.“

“Great service and their menu this time of the year is absolutely wonderful. We had really good wine flights, flatbread + appetizers (great salads, crab cake, asparagus soup) then the main meal (wonderful sea bass, loin of lamb and gnocchi). Our server was patient, helpful, had good conversations (brief, not overwhelming), funny and on top of it all with our orders! Great guy!“

“The food was a solid 5/5 experience. Definitely a bit of a splurge for our party of 5, but the service was so incredible that the cost was easily forgotten. Dining out on Mother's Day can often be hectic, but John made our group feel like we were the only table in his section during our visit. His efforts were even more appreciated as we had 3 seniors in our group and we were not very quick when deciding on what to order. Extra thanks to John for his exceptional service and also to the rest of the kind staff for being so friendly and gracious on what is most certainly an overwhelming day to not only be at work but to also be spending this day away from their own families to allow other families to gather and celebrate. Not our first visit to this location and it will definitely not be our last.“

“I've been to the Yard House in Houston a few times. The service and food quality were never good. At best it was okay. This Yard House was a lot better. The food was served fresh both days we went there. The servers would always check in on us, but never be intrusive.Good job guys. I'll be back! :-)“

“This was my first time dining at Bahamas Breeze and the atmosphere was great but what really made this experience so good was our incredible server Ember. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and friendly demeanor elevated our night. “No enough room to rave about this place enough! Food, spot on. We had the bone in filet and all were done perfectly, and the Arles bass, which was light, flaky, moist, amazing. “I liked the new place a lot!How can it be even better:I think that for a new restaurant as an owner we must invest in training the whole staff to welcome with great energy to new customers. When bringing the food, we need a system in place. For example, the drinks must be coming first, then make sure all plates are brought to the table at once or as soon as possible to avoid some guest to wait for a long time.You deserved the 5 stars to be a new business but you can do better for when the businesses matures.The customer experience is what is going to drive your sales by expanding the customer loyalty, thus the Customer Live-time Value.“

“I don't know how I don't have a review for one of my Favorite Places! For almost 10 years this has been my go to for my personal "best burger". The picanha burger is so well seasoned, full of flavor and juicy. I usually get the fries as the side option. The cart has been at this location as long as any other as they were one of the first trucks at ala carte. I think the $15 price for a great burger and fries is just perfect for me. Over the years they sometimes do special dishes for holiday's or events. I was able to make the steak valentines a few years back and it was amazing.“

“This LongHorn steakhouse at gateway village circle has always been a great experience.We do eat here frequently and have always had a great experience.Today our server was Sam which he is a very polite server and very accurate.We had the 10 oz salmon with roasted parmesan for the topping is served on a bed of rice for the side we did a broccoli ? we also had the 12-oz Parmesan chicken with broccoli ? for the side it is what I keep going back there for it is one of their best dishes and my son had the longhorn Burger which comes with bacon on it as well as the cheese it was cooked to perfection as ordered and the fries that came with it was served fresh hot and perfectly cooked. All of the dishes were delicious ?.“

“The food and service was amazing! I got grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and corn and a cilantro cream. My friend got fried shrimp and the broccoli was amazing with some kind of rice we both got virgin pina coladas. We were so thrilled with our waitress I wish I could remember her name she was amazing. I also tried conch fritters for the first time and they were awesome. Will definitely be going back“

“It's Long Horn, if you don't know, try it out. It's not Capital Grill or Ruth Chris. The drinks are good, but I'm almost 100% sure the alcohol is measured, which I hate. Stakes are good the food is a little bit above a chain restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly“

“Greyson was top drawer from the bread to the wine. He made sure we felt comfortable and got our order perfect. He connected with us like a good server should. “LongHorn stake house is by far the best place to eat. I have never had a single complaint about the food,service or the atmosphere. Ever experience at Longhorn confirms that there are still great restaurants out there. “In town for vacation and ate dinner here on a Friday night at 8pm. No wait, my friend and I were seated and ordered drinks which came out right away. The restaurant is clean and the music wasn't too loud like some places. Armando was really nice and I enjoyed our experience. The Red Rock Shrimp was AMAZING, so flavorful and juicy. I got the Chocolate Stampede cake and ate it the next day, so yummy. This is one of the better restaurants in the area and I would eat here again.Kid-friendliness: Large birthday party of 10+ kids seated next to us and they were accommodating.“

“The lobster bisque soup was average, as was the cheesecake. On the flip side, the au gratin potatoes and sweet potato casserole were fantastic. My sirloin was cooked to perfection as was her filet mignon. But considering my cheesecake was free (birthday) and we only got 2 glasses of wine, I thought $365 was outrageous.“

“Ate here for dinner last night with my family. We started with the bread which was actually thee worst part of the meal- it was just okay fine. I had the ribeye which was absolutely scrumptious! My wife had the beef burgundy which really liked as well and my daughter had beef and chicken skewers which was good for kids food. Overall my only complaint was that my steak came with the smallest portion of mashed potatoes I’ve ever seen! I said something to the waitress and she actually brought us a side of potatoes on the house which was so unexpected but awesome! Would definitely eat here again!“

“Let me start by saying most steak houses are quiet and dark. This one is a well lit and loud atmosphere. The main courses were amazing. The steak was perfect and the fish melted in your mouth. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the sides were not up to par with the main courses. The truffle Mac n cheese needed cream to be evident, it was dry and truffle was over bearing. If balanced correctly it could have been amazing but there was no ooze of cheese or creaminess at the bottom or in it. The spinach was soupy and was missing more flavor. I feel the sides were cooked in bulk and didn't have the care as the main courses showed. It is worth going and having the main courses. Lobster bisque was good but the center clump I could have eaten without.“

“I was missing seeing a Shula’s anywhere. Only 10 left. A staple in steaks and service. The old Chicago style steakhouse where having a happy client was more important, and being the best in quality was a pride. And I find it again at the Dolphin Resort in Disney, FL.Impecable service and attention, best steaks, superb wine and whiskey list, with great batendering. Come hungry, expect no small tiny plates, as in those delicate Michelin restaurants, prepare yourself for a feast. Is all about the steaks. Great fish, poultry, and lamb, but steak is what is all about. Impressive unique Burrata salad. Huge perfectly cooked Prime Rib, the best bone in Ribeye, good sides. Big baked potato.I’m a fan of Capital Grill, which have decay somewhat lately, these now my favorite one, again. Come and enjoy.“

“First visit to Black Rock Grill. We reserved a party of 11 for a birthday. When we arrived, the place was empty, but they asked if we could split into two groups and sit in different booths. When we said no, they provided a nice table in the back. Why they wouldn't do that at the start? No idea. The service was excellent throughout. Waitress was kind and accommodating. The salads and appetizers were an A+. Main course was great for the most part. Cooking on the hot rocks was a fun experience and something new. The cut of the meats was great, especially for the price. Value was very good, especially considering how much everything has gone up. Two issues...my wife had her steak cooked in the back, an option instead of using the hot rock. Her steak came out barely warm even though she had it well done. Also, the baked potatoes were not ready with the meal. They came out about 10 minutes later and were very under cooked, hard and inedible. These were minor issues, and we did not even feel the need to bring them up. Overall this was a very fun night out, a unique experience and everyone had fun. One concern we all had was using the same set of silverware to cut and cook the raw food and then eat off of it. None of us liked that. When we go back, we will ask for a raw set of utensils and an eating set. We will definitely go back!“

“Very enjoyable restaurant. The wood grill was fire. ? I had the fire grilled salmon, spinach, and steak fries. Then I topped it off with the Big Daddy Chocolate Cake. It was fresh and warm with a raspberry drizzle and a side of vanilla bean ice cream. The food was delicious! I highly recommend this place.“

“Papa Llama, 2840 Curry Ford Road, Orlando- 4-Stars Michelin Recommended- Bib Gourmand! Peruvian immigrants, Kevin and Maria Ruiz, say they founded Papa Llama in 2016 as an experimental pop up and opened the doors of this location in August 2020. In 2022, they earned the Michelin Guide's coveted "Bib Gourmand" award for establishments that serve good food at reasonable prices so naturally, I got excited. Paulina, my server, was well prepared and knowledgeable, making for an auspicious beginning in a gorgeous environment featuring good prices for dishes that could be made to satisfy both carnivores and herbivores alike. I ordered the entire family style menu which was, according to Papa Llama, "designed to be tasted together, shared, and fought over." So much food for just over a hundred dollars. The prices may have been cheap but the taste and quality of (most) victuals valieron un Perú! A hearty Big Boy Thank You (Sulpayki!) to Kevin and Maria and the culinary dactylograms of their ancestors, on this amazing cuisine (Somaq Mihuna!). The first item on the menu was Olives--whole green Castelvetrano olives marinated in house with aji panca--which were so delectable I could eat them all day. Next, the Red + Gold Beets, a minty beet salad with honey ají amarillo vinaigrette, queso fresco, and candied pistachio, which started out smooth and creamy and ended with a pleasantly piquant bite. Papas a la Huancaína followed, a fingerling potato dish with spicy aji amarillo cream, wakatay (black mint) salsa verde, and beef chicharron, topped with a fried egg. The potatoes themselves were not the star, but the combination of flavors in the sauce were amazing, unctuous but smooth. Papa Llama carries a long list of natural wines, more wines than food items, actually. That evening, I chose the Yuzu Sake, and may I say, "Holy smokes!" How refreshing after consuming so many peppers. The rest of the dishes I would give 4.5 to 5-Stars, EXCEPT for the side of frozen Sysco French fries which almost ruined an otherwise stellar meal. There are over 300 kinds of potatoes in Peru. Over 300! Perhaps in the United States we don't have the same abundance as found in El Valle Sagrado (the Sacred Valley) but, por favor, do not stoop to this! The Big Boy says, "Eat here. All the authentic Peruvian flavors at Papa Llama are 5-Star, but skip the fries, which are a corporate conglomerate frozen food disappointment."“
