Very disappointed with a custom cake that was ordered with great detail. The owner never called me after the young lady who took the order stated to me that she would have her call me since she wasn’t there and it was made wrong. The paperwork was very detailed as to what I wanted. I was told while I was there they could fix it and when I asked how was told they could make another cake but it would take 4 hours. Unfortunately I wen in at 2:00 and the party was at 5:00 so it wasn’t even an option. When a women came out from the back and the lady that made it must have not been able to read English especially after she was questioned about it. Very poor business ethics and not to call me was even worse. What got me even more upset it was paid in full at the time of the order and it wasn’t cheap. Rethink buying from this bakery not customer friendly and there service is customer service is poor.
Southern Belle created a masterpiece for my husband’s 90 Birthday !! The Cake was highlight of the party…plus it tasted as good as it looked !!

The cake for my daughter’s shower was so Beautiful and delicious along with the cookies. Everyone was raving about the desserts. Thank you so much for a beautiful job.
