“I always go to this location. Everyone there is so efficient, and usually very friendly. My order was quick and the drinks were tasty. You can tell they are experienced employees, with a special mention of the young man with dreads - he moves like lightning, knows his stuff and things always seem to move smoothly when he's there. Great atmosphere, always clean and will continue to visit this one.“
“Vegetarian options: Very few vegetarian offerings, cross contamination should be a major concern since the tongs used on meat products are the same for the vegetarian products. The same ovens are also used though parchment paper is used to help prevent contact with the oven. Stricter vegetarians should avoid.“
“Located outside of the Pembroke Lakes Mall and the nearby Target, this Starbucks is just outside those places in a strip of shops facing Pines Blvd. They have a drive thru but it can get quite busy. I tend to have better luck, ordering ahead and running inside to pick up. It's a a solid Starbucks as far as accuracy of order, work space, vibe, and friendliness goes. I didn't love my most recent new try there, the ham and cheese croissant, but I know that would be the case at any location. Great for order ahead since you don't have to deal with the mall or Target parking which can get crazy.“
“Joel was a great person his customer was top tier. My friend didn't like the drink and kindly offered to make another one. Plus he was very nice and respectful when he asked. The place was very nice and clean which is good for the environment.“
“Located in Pembroke Lakes Mall, this Starbucks was a pleasant experience while I waited for a store in the mall to open. There were a few customers in the store working or just enjoying their morning coffee and it was fairly quiet. They didn't have any decaf coffee so I just went with a traditional pikes. It was piping hot. They ask if you want anything in your coffee when you order because they don't have creamer or sweeteners on the side for you to do on your own like at other locations. As I arrived 30 minutes before the mall stores officially opened, I took advantage of my Starbucks rewards benefits and got a "free refill" of peach tea on my way out. Yamera (spelling?) the assistant manager was very friendly and eager to please.“
“I visited this Starbucks like i do on other days but today(2/21) of all days my car battery decided to die in the drive thru window. I let the Starbucks baristas know what had happened and they immediately jumped to action to help me. Two of the guys came out to help push my car into a parking space near the auto parts store and a one of the female baristas went over to the auto parts store to get a jumper box. She jumped my car as i know nothing about jumping a car and i was able to make it home. One of the guys even returned to bring me my breakfast sandwich that i had clearly forgotten about with all the excitement. Needless to say i am so happy that there are still good people in the world because without them it would have been a longer waiting game for progressive or my husband to come. Thank you Starbucks team for being my lifesaver that day!“
