“If I could give Luca Osteria 10 stars I would!! I first found this place from a food blogger on instagram and I am so glad I did. First thing you must make a reservation before going because there is limited seating and this place is always full. We didn't have a reservation and the hostess was so helpful to get us a spot at the bar. The manager saw that we felt very crowded at the bar so they were able to give us a table for two. Even though it's a little smaller inside, the restaurant is so beautiful and classy. We had the perfect date night. We started with a couple appetizers the patate frite and the Local Stracciattella. The patate frite was so perfectly crispy and creamy with the sharp flavor of the truffle. The creamy Stracciattella with the crispy bread was the best combo. For our entree we ordered the short rib bolognese with fresh pappardelle pasta. Now I don't usually order the bolognese, it's usually just basic flavors but I truly enjoyed this one thanks to the short ribs. My husband ordered a pasta with bucatini pasta that was delicious too. We were so full from this lovely meal but we had to try a dessert. We were recommended to ordered the Pistachio Semifreddo, it was very different. It was sweet and salty and the chocolate ganache was so perfect. One thing I really appreciated from this restaurant was the employees they were so attentive and after every single meal they cleaned and wiped down our table. I have never seen that before at any restaurant even the fanciest expensive places don't even do that for you. We can't wait to go back and try new items on the menu. And I will recommend this place to anyone that's in Coral Gables. And if you ever need anything, ask the manager JJ.“

“I’m rating 4 stars because I don’t want to bring down the rating of the restaurant but I hope the manager or owner reads this review and fixes the problems. This restaurant has the perfect location and the pizza is amazing, which is the reason why continue to go regardless of the bad service. Which is what I wanted to bring attention to. Every time I go I don’t feel welcome, the waiter/waitresses make it obvious that they don’t want to be there, and lack knowledge regarding Italian food. I’ve had the waitress come back after 15 minutes of ordering because she forgot our order even though the restaurant was empty. Living in brickell, we also went once to the restaurant an hour and a half before closing, I understand the people working want to go home, but they start cleaning up the restaurant and putting all chairs up while we’re still eating, making us feel pressured to leave. They even want to take away our plate while we’re on our last slice of pizza. We keep coming back because we are locals and the food is awesome. But I think a more enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and respectful staff would bring more costumer around the city. We’ve gone multiple times at night so I’m not sure if in the morning it’s a different environment and staff.“

Sure there's Casola's, don't get me wrong their really good and all but not the taste I was looking for.(Least since I'm really picky) This for sure is the best pizza I ever had in Miami!Downside is parking is kind of rough since it's hidden in a BurgerKing plaza making it completely overshadowed so makes it harder to find but I'm really glad I got to find this and try it out!Probably the only pizza place I'll ever go out of my way to drive to, not crazy expensive either as the prices are more reasonable and give you FAR bigger slices over whatever the hot mess common food chain pizza places give....They even give the classic 2 slices and a soda! :D“

“I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience whether carry out, delivery or dining. The care and love that is put into this restaurant really shows. I’ve been to this location on Aragon Ave., the Falls and Midtown and all food, quality and service is consistent. They’re all incredible and pricing is great. This time we dined in and Julio Cesar took care of us. He was very quick and attentive. I have no favorites on the actual menu other than this is my favorite pizza in miami, period. I personally like very soft, traditional dough and Pummarola gets it right, EVERY TIME. The pasta is delicious and all the appetizers are delicious, especially the mozzarella sticks. This time we tried the butter Parmesan tortellini and that was great as an appetizer to share. We tried a panuozzo too and that is like a panini with pizza dough as the bread…so good! The Nutella pizza is my favorite on their menu and my absolute favorite in miami. It is so soft, LOADED with Nutella, bananas and strawberries. Can’t wait to be back!“

“This is the closest NY pizza you're going to get in South Florida. I've tried numerous spots spanning from Miami to Boca to West Palm and have only been let down. “I had never been but after all the advertising at the Miami Hurricane games I had to try it. Since the Hurricanes Spring game was on campus this year and the restaurant was 10 minutes away we made plans to go before the game. It was busy for lunch but there were still tables available. Free parking in front and behind building. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. We opted for indoor seating and were sat immediately. It smelled good inside. It was an old-school Italian joint with a paper placemat with a map of Italy and some fun facts. We ordered a cheese pizza, an order of baked ziti with pink sauce instead of meat sauce and 6 garlic rolls came complimentary. The garlic rolls were soft and filled with garlic- don't kiss anyone after this! The pizza was just ok. I think the sauce is what we didn't love. It was on the thin side, no flop, but that sauce had a very different flavor. My husband described it as "Spanish" pizza and he's Puerto Rican- I'm Italian American. The Baked Ziti was good but he said not as good as mine. I think he was just trying to stay in my good graces. I love that they support the school and love small businesses vs. chain establishment.Vegetarian options: Baked ziti can sub meat sauce for marinara“
