“We found this place as we were traveling, we couldn’t believe how incredible everything was here, even the smell of the food is amazing!We couldn’t stop thinking about this place and had the opportunity to head to Tampa and of course we stopped in to enjoy this place once again.We love everything about Olmeca, the atmosphere is so peaceful, everyone is very friendly, the service is great, bathrooms are clean, and they have a cute little area for our kids to play.We will definitely be back!“

“Best tacos in town!! I stopped for a quick visit to my hometown.I now live in Texas & Wow! Ruskin 16yrs ago didn't have good food. But now everything improved ? ? I'll be visit more often since Ruskin has the best tacos!! Now i wanna try the menudo ? Thank you April ? ?“

“Camaleon is our go to for authentic Mexican food. I love it ALL Quesabirra, tostada,tacos,burrito, chilaquiles,nachos,Torta, fajitas, guac,salsa, all drinks are amazing. maybe is should ihave listed what I have not tried....lol Service is very friendly. option to eat inside or outside or pick up even doordash This is a must try!!!!“
“Wow!!! Amazing food! A must try!!! The owner and his wife are really nice and the flavors in his food are just awesome! Authentic and full of flavor... a MUST try and back for more! And great prices too Daily specials too - today was pulled pork tacos and like 10 other speciality dishes. The chicken was crazy good too!“

“Ruskin has an amazing food truck scene. Rotating trucks, semi stationary, it is awesome if you did not know. This man's truck came in clutch a few nights, it is one of the ones that stays open later than others. Tacos were so good it was the only thing I got Everytime.“

“My wife and I have been eating here for over 2 years. It is our local go-to Mexican restaurant. We love the "street" style tacos, and you must try the Charro beans! It's a wine-based margarita, but you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between this one and another made with tequila. Huge shout out to Laura who is at-once personable, professional, efficient and speedy! The pic I have is of my empty plate! Their house made salsas are fresh and delicious!“
