Food and service have gone downhill in the last 3 years. I heard it was under new management so I decided to give them another chance this past weekend. I was the only customer in line and stood unattended at the counter a full 15 minutes with promises of "I'll be right with you," and was never waited on. I left and took my business elsewhere.
