THEY EMPLOY DRUNK DRIVERS. I’ve been using Jets for about four years now, and this is the first time this has ever happened. The pizza was late, and the driver called me fall-down drunk because he was lost and didn’t know where he was. We live in an apartment complex and I told him I would come out and flag him down. He complained that he already did that twice and couldn’t find us. I asked him to do it again so I could find him and get the pizza, and he kept slurring “it’s not my fault, man” and “I don’t know where I am, man.” I had to console a drunk, grown man just so I could get my dinner. He increasingly got agitated with me, and said that “if I can’t find it, I’m just going to leave!” So I cancelled the order and called the store. I spoke to the manager, whose name I believe was Lisa. She kept saying “he’s not drunk” over and over, made zero attempts to rectify the issue, and could not WAIT to get off the phone with me. I asked her if she cared, and she responded with “i cancelled your order already, anything else?” If I could give zero stars, I would. Piss-poorly handled business who knowingly employs drunks as delivery drivers. I’ve called the local police department as well, since clearly the guy is too drunk to drive. Not coming back to this company again
