The atmosphere is great. This is a really cute place. But the food was just a massive let down. We ordered conch fritters which had a bunch of tough pieces in them, like hard cartilage. The sauce was like a basic salad dressing. Nothing was seasoned really at all. I ordered pork tacos that were really dry on raw tortillas. They could have heat the tortillas up at a minimum. The taco filling consisted of dry, raw shredded cabbage and a topping of really overpowering pickled onions....read full review
The new owners did a great job renovating.There are two bars to choose from, the inside tavern and an outside tiki bar as well as plenty of inside and outdoor restaurant seating.They have live music on the weekends performed on a pontoon boat which is a nice “Keysie” touch!Food is great and reasonably priced for the areaIf you haven’t been in a while definitely check out the NEW and IMPROVED Mangrove Mamas!

Just OK. Went the next day to Square Grouper grill, and so much better. This place charges a fee for credit card usage. Fish sandwich had a strong fish taste. Not what I wanted after I got it. I won't be back. Not that good
