“I went in today to grab a snack and a drink while I sat in store to Study for a test I have coming up... The staff went above and beyond to accommodate and assist me today. Not only was the service was quick but the workers were just so friendly and helpful. The shift manager on duty was the best!! And the worker Evan, was friendly and made me feel super welcomed!! I definitely recommend coming to this location.“

“Most mornings, they are wonderful and friendly. There is an older woman who seems like she just doesn't like anyone or anything. I try to be friendly and she just makes me feel like I'm bothering her. Someone give her a donut and a hug!“

“This is a franchise Dunkin Doughnuts, with good food and coffee is at a reasonable price. They also will make coffee to order, which is fantastic. I don't like Starbucks, and this is a fabulous alternative. With sandwiches and bagels, of course, doughnuts at a reasonable price. “Emily is awesome! I’ve been a regular at this Dunkin over the past month since moving into the area and there’s been a few times someone else has made a drink wrong and Emily steps up and fixes it. Emily always has a smile and a great attitude which is becoming harder to find in any business these days.“

“I’ve ordered ahead twice at this location in the past two weeks with 3-4 large coffee carry to-go orders and one included 4 dozen donuts as well. They not only had my order ready to go at the time of scheduled pick up, but also had more than enough sugar, cream, cups, lids and stirrers to go around! Very smooth and easy experience, would definitely recommend this location for anything but especially catering! Thanks Team!“

“Great service by the staff“

“I am leaving this review more so for management to be aware of this situation that I encountered. On August 28, 2023, 8:44pm, I submitted an order through the Dunkin app for a $15 order of donuts and munchkins. I was at the store at 8:50pm. Even though the store claimed to close at 9pm, when I got to the drive thru speaker, the store was already closed. I drove up to the window and waited until the staff could not knowingly ignore me anymore. Finally acknowledged, they said that they were already closed and had thrown away all the donuts and I would need to cancel my order. Now Dunkin Donuts did handle my return via the app really easily. And the staff, once they talked to me, were very nice. And when I go up there on any other occasion the staff is really nice. It's this time being that the point of the matter is when you say you close at 9pm, then you're open till 9pm. Or if it is normal procedure to close the store 15 minutes before disclosed closing times then I only ask that when submitting online/app orders, that the cutoff time is correlated that way people and myself do not have any experiences like that.“
