Arrived 20-25 minutes early and was seated immediately. Server was very attentive. Brisket burnt ends were amazing and I don't love brisket. Shrimp and grits and blackened grouper exceeded our expectations. We loved the succotash, which was a surprise. Toasted pecan whiskey sour was definitely off the charts. I am not a whiskey drinker but always willing to try when served with the egg white. We consider ourselves to be foodies and we highly recommends this.
Started with an Old Fashion for a drink. Made it perfectly! My wife ordered the chicken and waffles which was scrumptious. I had the brisket sandwich was delicious and filling. The bread pudding was spectacular. Our server Tess was on point and was the one that made my old fashion.

My wife and I were visiting from Ohio and we stumbled across this restaurant. Boy am I glad we did. The bourbon braised short rib was so flavorful and the sweet potato mash with the Brussels sprouts complemented it so well. My wife got the coffee crusted steak, and that was phenomenal as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable but exquisite southern cuisine!
