“When it comes to ice cream, cold stone cant be beat. My favorite flavor is their cake batter ice cream and I've tried for years to find something that compares, but it's nearly impossible. If you read this and can enlighten me, i'm all ears. I normally order birthday cake remix which has brownies, chocolate fudge, and sprinkles mixed into the birthday cake ice cream. Love love love it. And I've been to this location several times and have received the best service. Very friendly staff! If you don't like sweet then this may not be the spot for you, but all others give it a shot if you haven't.“

“It is my mom’s 65th birthday and I had plans for a custom cake to be delivered to her. Those plans were dropped by the person to bring the cake last second and I was so beyond saddened. I thought last minute to see if I could place a delivery order for another cake. The delivery service does not allow for any cake, customization, and I was aware of that policy, but thought it was worth a shot to try and contact the store to see if they would make an exception. Liz, the owner of this Carvel location and Anthony Not only listened to my panic about not being able to get this for my mom, but went out of their way to customize the cake and send me a picture of it. Since I am out of town, this was the only thing I could do that I knew my mom would love And they were able to make that happen. I cannot put into words my gratitude, because it would’ve been very simple to say it’s just policy that they can’t accommodate that. I will never buy another cake from anywhere else again, and it is people like these that make the world a little brighter. “Saturday January 13th my couisn and I stop in. We Usually go to the one on Hollywood Boulevard, but we were in the area. She had a Oreo overload with a warmed waffle bowl, that was nice and I had a new item falling for chocolate. It was amazing. The service was fast, the customer service was excellent. We are usually at our own 30 minutes to an hour, just waiting to be served but to go in and be served with a small crowd and out under five minutes was spectacular. We will be returning.“
