“I wish I could give this place more stars, it is exactly what a cheesesteak joint should be like. A small no frills restaurant that just makes great food. First things first, 95% of all cheesesteaks taste lousy and are certainly not authentic (yes, even In Philadelphia, Philly has tons of lousy cheesesteaks, sad, but true). Most restaurants that serve cheesesteaks don't even offer Cheez Whiz, which is your first sign something is wrong, and you should do a 180 to the door. Any cheesesteak restaurant worth eating at will offer Cheez Whiz as a topping, this is a fact that should never be ignored, and it is an indispensable ingredient at a true Philly cheesesteak restaurant. Period. Woodys steaks taste great and are exactly what a genuine cheesesteak should look and taste like. I ordered a "Whiz-wit" and what I received was a perfect "Whiz-wit". That alone would have won me over, but the potato wedges were awesome too, and the chocolate malt was darn good. As if that wasn't enough, the price was very reasonable, a little over $20 including the tip. The service was even good, maybe that part isn't authentic, but certainly appreciated nonetheless. In closing, if you are used to the kinda cheesesteak that you get at your average American, jack of all trades restaurant, this is not what you will be served here. These are authentic Philadelphia cheesesteaks, the way they were meant to be. If that isn't your thing and you like the stuff they pass off as authentic at your average eatery, thats fine, you do you, and maybe Woody's won't be your kinda place. But if you want authentic, this is it, it is as good as any cheesesteak I have had anywhere in the country. If you blindfolded me and told me I was eating a cheesesteak on Passyunk in Philly, I wouldn't know otherwise. 6 stars for Woody's !!“

“I have never had a disappointing experience at Big Dave’s however, this experience was exceptionally good. As a cool Mother’s Day highlight, my boys wanted to have an experience that was as close to home as we can get! This sandwich reminded me soo much of home, I may as well have taken a flight, minus the mild sauce (we put that on everything)!We ordered the Dave’s Way Cheesesteaks and there is absolutely no question, THEY DID THAT! In addition, I received a free eggroll and a flower from their team for Mother’s Day and we added a Banana Pudding which could never hurt a soul! YUMMY!!!Top notch service, food that’s worth the price, the environment is chill…. 5, 5, and just in case you didn’t read it the first time 5 stars for sure!!!“

“Philly G Steaks - SkyView Atlanta is basically a food truck that sits under the SkyView ferris wheel in downtown Atlanta, GA across from Centennial Olympic Park.The staff was really friendly and took my order right away. Everything here is cooked to order so it's very fresh.I asked for extra, extra onions and then when the cook was done, I asked him to please add more onions to what he thought was extra, extra onions. I like onions, what can I say? I also asked for cheese whiz, but this location does not carry cheese whiz, only their main location does, which baffled me a bit.The sandwich was fresh and hot but had minimal onions. The bread was fresh. The American and provolone cheese was either melted into the sandwich or noticeably light.If I wasn't from Philly, I would probably rate Philly G Steaks with 5 stars, but not having cheese whiz and with little to no onions I feel compelled to give 4-stars. If I come back and they have 'whiz' I would probably give them 5 stars next time.“
