First time at Fortify..took my girlfriend out for date night. Our server Olivia was one of the best servers I've had even at fine dining restaurants. The noise was crazy loud due to prom weekend and a wedding party sitting next to us..but Olivia still made the experience a good time for us. The food was phenomenal, cooked perfectly to both of our specifications, with amazing seasonings and flavor. Great experience and will definitely be back many times! Highly recommend!
Avril was our servicer. She was very pleasant and attentive to our questions. The food's presentation and flavors were excellent. I was a little surprised that the Rack of Lamb was presented in a bowl versus plated. A interesting choice that made it difficult to carve the lamb off the 4 bones with the specialty supplied knife. A Plate would've been better and simpler. The seafood special this evening was the Tile Fish. It was delicious. Overall a good dining experience.
