“A gem of a whiskey bar hidden in the inland northwest. My wife and I stop by wherever we are in the area. The bar tenders are knowable and extremely friendly. The drink menu is unique and inspired and very well crafted. The atmosphere is chill and welcoming. An absolute must visit.“

“Our second brewery today takes us to Twisted Slate which is brewery #286 for me. TS only has about seven tables but it's a very welcoming place. Wine is available as well. TS has a HUGE number of taps. I'm guessing about 45. They only had two of their own beers on tap, an amber and an IPA. Perfect as SWPFTD went with the amber and I got the IPA. Both solid beers. We didn't order food but it sounded good. Tri-tip sandwiches, Reuben's, clam chowder, etc. Definitely a good place to have a beer and hangout. Not real close to our place so we probably won't be here often but will stop in when we are able. I'd like to try that Reuben sandwich! If anyone is a glutton for punishment, please, follow my brewery, and distillery, reviews from across the U.S. and beyond! and if anyone is wondering who SWPFTD is you will have to check out my review of Black Market Brewing Co in Temecula, CA to understand. Yes, you will need to read into it a little to get the joke but I have confidence in you! I hope my confidence is not misplaced.“

“We love Rusty's. Great neighborhood bar, super friendly bartenders, delicious drinks and fun games. They have 3 pool tables, pinball, darts and more! They also usually have karaoke a couple times a week. It's our favorite bar in Hayden ?“

“Such a great environment and ambiance about this bar/restaurant the food is bar food but I'd have to say elevated, if there's one thing to try is both the ribs and the wings! So good, really enjoyed this place and our server who was running her tail off did a great job!!! When we come back to the area we'll definitely make our way back.“

“What a great dining experience. From the food to the service. My waitress Morgan was so knowledgeable and attentive. We were able to converse with the Chief and what a humble man he was. The restaurant was so clean and the food was hot and delicious! Can’t wait to bring back our friends and family.“

“This was my first time at Shiki. I got shrimp Pad Thai which turned out to be much sweeter than anticipated. The shrimp were over cooked but the rice noodles were good. The side of fried rice was tasty, not overly savory or greasy. The highlight for me was the Crab Puff appetizer we got. These were served as a roll and were delicious. The other "roll" dishes we saw being served looked delicious. This looks like it would be the way go if/when we go back. They have the full variety of rolls and I already have a pretty good idea of what I would get (scorpion roll).“

As a wedding photographer in the region, I get to see SO many venues and they're all unique... but the Hagadone Event Center really stands out as a special one. The staff is always so sweet and amazing to work with, and the images we can capture on the lakeside are insane (especially at sunset!). The food is amazing, the space is open/welcoming + elegant at the same time, and the grounds are just so peaceful and lovely.I always jump at the chance to shoot a wedding here; and if you are considering booking yours, look no further and DO IT. There's a reason they're so popular and you don't want to miss out on your date getting taken, for SURE!!“

“We ate here on a Friday night of valentines week. It was super busy so we sat at the bar. As busy as they were, they still made us feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant. The oysters, Brussels, salmon and duck were all so delicious and prepared perfectly. The bartender Jordan took the best care of us and a few members of the kitchen crew came out just to make sure everything was to our liking. Can't say enough good about this place and their team. 10/10 would recommend and we will be back for sure!“
