“First timers. If you're not careful, you'll drive right by the little place. We live in Coeur d'Alene and had lunch there yesterday. Oh my! If you like burgers, you MUST try this little place. We had the James Dean burger. Strap yourself in and prepare for something special. It "ain't easy to eat - but it's great! And the fries and onion rings are incredible too. By the way, this little burger pit isn't cheap - but considering how much other hamburgers are in today's crazy world - it was worth it and you'll probably take half of it home for later.“

“The deep fried burger may sound strange, but it was fantastic!!! The Rathdrum burger was also really good. It happened to be prime rib nite, and their smoked prime rib was delicious!!! Our server was nothing less than amazing! Our 2nd visit and we'll definitely be back!!!“

I never felt as if I had walked into "someone else's" bar. You know the kind... when you walk in and everyone looks at you as if you just broke into THEIR tree fort! LOL! I never felt even the smallest of "that" vibe.The staff was great! They were very accommodating to my weird, "Can I have ____ on the side?" Or my friend's "I have food restrictions. Oh, and can you make this (very common) drink, but change the flavor?" LOL!!!I know, I know we sound like THE WORST customers! LOL!! We truly are not, and we "ask," we don't demand.The staff were amazing! They never made either of us feel like we were troubled makers.The drinks and food were great! The atmosphere was really nice. “I love this place. San Francisco Sourdough makes a great sandwich! The breakfast sandwiches are super affordable, like $4/half less than $6 for a full and real breakfast sandwiches like you would make at home. The lunch sandwiches are definitely top tier- beat the socks off the chain sandwich shops and also affordable but still loaded with toppings. Try this out if you haven’t yet. There’s 2 or 3 locations the one on Lancaster is good but for some reason the one in Rathdrum inside the gas station is just a little better in my opinion“
