Popeyes is a high premium chicken price restaurant, with not so good chicken. This chains chicken use to be hot and fresh now you are better off going at your local chicken shack. My main concern was the various types of chicken I receive on the same order. I order a 5pc chicken special nice hot juicy. In the same order I had a 8pc that was dry hard and luke warm. All chicken was mild flavor. The other issue was the app it's not working at some locations.
There are too many people walking in from the parking lot going behind the corner we're the food is being prepared, workers going outside and the manager smoking cigarettes, on paper towels to wipe your hands. One young man, Latino, was the bestHe worked, taking the orders and cleaning the tables in the lobby. They call me Mrs. Shopper. I will check this place out again. Hopefully, I can give them a better report next time Before the border, health shut them down.

Food is normally good. Service unprofessional and today no different. Could not understand what the order taker was saying at the monitor had to go to window. While I placing order still confused a Manager came and said "hurry up there people are waiting". There was no one waiting. Never told parmesan chicken wings were spicy. When called to inform them.
