Service was quick, prices we good as well, large selection of canned & bottled drinks. Very limited seating, 1 table & small counter looking out the window with 6 stools. Cozy, inviting, and full of art by local students, The Edge is a local coffee house serving up a variety of beverages and bites.I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and two muffins. “I discovered the Mixing Bowl a couple weeks ago. I found one of my very favorite dishes there - the shrimp and grits is the most delicious meal I’ve had in a while. This is such a nice place to just relax and hangout. I visited with my friend last week and we just got a table and chatted- the fireplace is beautiful and it’s so comfy in there. “This place is a hidden gem. My husband and I love this coffee shop. It's in the heart of downtown Homewood right by the Metra. The owner is very nice, and her shop is so cozy with lots of small business made products to choose from while you wait on your coffee to be made.“
