“Tonight, we met up with our friends for dinner at Hayden's Crossing. I was surprised that we were the only customers. The bartender was very friendly and it ended up that I worked with her late father-in-law many years ago. We had a nice conversation. She served us our drinks, which were all perfect. She served us our appetizers and they were all delicious. She served our dinners, and they were all delicious. We absolutely loved our decision to meet for dinner at Hayden's Crossing. The appetizers were great. The Soup and Salads were great. My buddy loved the Pork Chop. His wife loved the Salmon. My wife loved the Honey Garlic Chicken and I loved the Steak Sandwich. The Wild Rice was disappointing because it was very dry and bland. I feel a Yellow Rice with Lemon Butter would be much better. But everyone agreed that we will be coming back to again. I must repeat that the bartender/server was absolutely awesome. Did I mention that the bartender/server was awesome? Treated us like family”

“We stopped here after the committal ceremony for my father at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. This was a great place to stop and one my dad would've loved. Great down home food and a very kind waitress who took great care of us.”

“A nice local coffee shop. There aren't enough places like this in small towns. The coffee drinks are well-made, the sandwiches are very tasty and fleshly made. The sandwiches are large and interesting without being fussy. It is decorated in a cute, but not overly cutesy way. You can sit and enjoy your coffee or lunch with friends. Don't forget to visit the antique, boutique and gift shops on the street. Shopping and lunch at Mimi's Cafe is a good girls' day out.”

“I love this place so much!! The make awesome tamales!! I would highly recomend getting one of their chicken ones. The service was also really great!! They let my little brother pick go up to the fridge and pick out his soda or juice that he wants!! They're so sweet to him!! They are family freindly and are really good with misunderstandings. One time we thought that there was a hair in my tamale, and we shoved it in a napkin. They explained that it was a corn husk hair, and offered to give me another tamale. The people here are really kind! The Bathrooms are also really clean. I'd rather go in their bathroom then a McDonalds restroom. I really hope that people will try their delious food, and agree that the service is really good, even on busy days.”

“Food was great! Price was fantastic! Portion was SUBSTANTIAL! I would recommend this small establishment for sure! Get the 1/2 burger with bacon ? and dress it as you please. You can't go wrong.”

“It's a pizza place but I got a cheeseburger. It was actually one of the best cheeseburgers I've had. It has bacon on it. But instead of strips of bacon they chopped it up and spread it over the sandwich. So you get bacon in every bite instead up pulling the strip out when you bite it. Nice touch!”
