“I'm not liking this new way with no salt and pepper packets out for us to grab. And you can't get refills unless you ask the staff to do it, which is near impossible to get someone to pay attention to the front counter. I stood there watching 5 crew members chit chat for quite awhile before I got helped. By then my Fry's were getting cold.“
“They were very quick to greet me as soon as I pulled up with a warm, friendly tone that made me feel welcomed. Right away, even from the drive-thru speaker, I could tell that these folks weren't just serving burgers and fries, but that they were serving hospitality. I had ordered online ahead of time through the App and they were quick to take my code and upon taking my code, they adressed me by first name which was very impressive to me. My food was ready just as soon as I pulled up to the window and they handed it to me with a great big smile and had me on my way very quickly! Overall very impressive experience and will make sure to come back to this location when visiting town!“
“Just always packed i gave cashier couple gold dollars the president ones and she didn't know if they took them! Wonder what they would do if you give them a .50 cent piece ? I just know she gave it back out as a quarter later (someone got lucky) food was good tho I just always feel rushed and I don't like that!“
“I go to get a McFlurry and a and a frappe and some how they did not make either of those, or could not ,so I call another night to explain and make sure they can make them,, and the manager I spoke with told me she was sorry and gave me both things free which I was not expecting!! Thank you“
